A list of puns related to "Israeli Jews"
Today my culture of religion and knowledge of ethics teacher claimed that Jews see themselves as superior race smthng, then i argued back cuz most of the Jewish peoples were secular and sane as far as i know. However teacher insisted in her argument so i decided to correct myself by asking the question to this subreddit.
I want to use your comments as demonstration of my argument. Much love from Turkey.
I myself am a student in yeshiva and am pretty much Orthodox. I live right next to Mea Sheβarim too. I know that the country is very secular, which is fine, but Iβm always a bit afraid that a lot of secular people look down upon us, see us as stupid (for lack of a better term) for keeping to the religion and taking it seriously, and see some of the more religious as almost leeches on society.
Iβm not here to bash secularism, I just want to make sure that secular people arenβt bashing us or making fun of us.
EDIT: I should probably clarify some things about myself and my views. I am technically Modern Orthodox, but I am becoming more Orthodox in my beliefs and practices. I am not Charedi, nor am I a part if Mea Sheβarim. One thing that Iβm seeing a lot of is the fact that some Charedim throw rocks and ridicule the Chiloni. This I find to be abhorrent behavior and a Chilul Hashem. Especially when they do it on Shabbos to passing cars. While I personally believe in Kiruv and trying to bring Jews back to religion, that is doing anything but. I think people should be able to do what they want, even if I donβt personally agree with it. I love Israel, and I donβt wanna feel like everyone looks down upon me just because I am a practicing Jew. Not in the holy land.
This may feel like a pointless post but I really want to know what Israelis/ Jews think of us. Since this is a sub Reddit about peace I thought where else to go than to gain some understanding with the other side. One boundary I will set is that I will not answer any questions about whether or not Israel should exist/ my thoughts on hamas/ or my thoughts on what the boarders ought to be. Otherwise nothing is off the table.
This is quite rare, but I am wondering if anyone else knows elderly Israelis who think this way.
I believe it typically comes from Jews who were born during the mandate, when the Palestinian national identity was still young. Usually they are indigenous Mizrahim, or Sephardim who settled in the region hundreds of years ago. The label appears to be in addition to their Israeli/Jewish identity, and not a replacement for it. They may also admit to being 'Arab' as a matter of fact. What is most surprising to me is the easy camaraderie they have with Arabs, perhaps from sharing the language and having grown up alongside them.
I've seen people online react with antagonism to the mere concept of a "Palestinian Jew," but I have met a couple of old folks who think this way. They were well into their 70s.
If you know (or knew) anyone who thinks this and have information about them, such as their cultural origins or personal beliefs, please share below.
First of all, I can answer the meme very easily: the US doesn't give Israel money for infrastructure, and the money the US does give (effectively roundabout subsidies for US arms companies) has nothing to do with the Navajo Nation's water supply.
Now on to the comments
>The Israeli lobby is very good at focusing all their attention and money against anyone who gets out of line. Any member of Congress who goes against their position suddenly wakes up to find a sudden million dollars given to a primary challenger. (Cynthia McKinney for example was tossed out of office that way.) So itβs not worth rocking the boat, in their minds, especially when the pro-Israel lobby outspends Palestinian groups by 60 to 1.
>
>There is some hope though. Trump really threw off the bipartisan balance of the lobby (which would give equally to both parties and make Israel a non-partisan issue), and by being hyper-partisan over Israel it caused a Democrat backlash and the Squad (AOC, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, and Ayanna Presley) to all call for support of Palestinian voices. Someone pointed out that Cynthia McKinney also blamed 9/11 in Israel, but suggested that Nina Turner is a better example. Turner blamed (((dark money))) on her loss, even though she significantly outspent her opponent.
> And the Mossad probably has serious dirt on every single piece of shit politician we have, and most of them are pieces of shit. All that on top of the military industrial complex wanting a permanent military base country in the middle east. (+11)
>I've heard that they [the Mossad] might have been the ones that's gave Epstein and Maxwell their orders (+0)
> No no no my friend. That is simply keeping up an investment. Israel wasnβt a place before 1949 lol The UK and the US ( guess who were the biggest contributors to the UN then and now ? The UN confirms countries hmmmmm) created it out of thin air. And the government has being trying to extinguish native Americans since the first white foot hit the soil of βamericaβ (+4)
> Someone did a bunch of research once and posted a comment talking about how everything Epstein and Maxwell were doing was a honeypot operation for Israeli spy agency and that the dirt they had an the American elite was to ensure America does Israel's bidding. For the interested look up Maxwell's dad. He was a triple agent that saved Israel (+1)

... keep reading on reddit β‘Obviously got antisemitism explained back to me because how would I know what antisemitism is. Banned for Islamiphobia and denialism. Very convenient that βdenialismβ only works when defending an anti-Semitic opinion. Linked people to rootsmetals to try to give some education on the topic. Iβm just exhausted, even trying to have a discourse leads to a wall because instead of viewing us as reasonable people who might have a reason for our attachment to Israel, in their heads were just evil and ignorant. I donβt know how to fight this, itβs becoming legitimately traumatic. Iβve never been afraid to tell people Iβm Jewish my entire life, until this year. Iβm from the US and was very vocal about my disapproval of Trump and his policies, but was never once worried that my country would be destroyed and I would be hated just for being from the US. This is not the same. Iβm so tired.
Mods delete if not allowed and sorry in advance, didnβt know where else to post this.
Edit: just got banned from worldnewsvideo too, theyβve definitely got a track record of this. Iβve literally never commented there. Waiting for the attempt to by gaslight saying I βdeleted commentsβ like they did with the other Jewish person they banned.
Crazy ass far-rightoid Israeli ambassador to the UK Tzipi Hotovely was rushed to a car after a speech where she spouted more of her openly genocidal rhetoric and denial of the Nakba. She though, had to, and people, get ready to have your jaws drop here, walk with a fence between her and protestors, to a car, as they shouted "Shame" at her.
Viewer discretion advised, this is extremely distressing footage https://twitter.com/HadiNasrallah/status/1458209960169517063
As you can see, this video, is clearly exactly the same as the Kristallnacht, and these protestors were clearly engaged in some rabid antisemitic Nazi blood curse frenzy.
So of course come the proud anti-racist Labour MPs! This cannot be tolerated, THROW THESE PROTESTORS IN PRISON (literally)

https://twitter.com/Keir_Starmer/status/1458545841770311683 (Peak cuck, Hotovely would literally consider Starmer's wife as a race traitor)
https://twitter.com/lisanandy/status/1458404080792096774 (Chair of Labour friends of Palestine btw, so cuck as well)
Also all the brave Zionists and UK media figures in the comments, literally copy-pasted Hasbara replies and "LITERALLY KRISTALLNACHT".
Honestly, the UK is even more cucked to Israel these days than the US. My god how embarrassing.
For example:
Persian Jews are ....
Polish Jews are...
Thank you and have a good day!
This question is on outside appearance. I think that many of us really look like any other Palestinian but at the same time I feel that many of us could perfectly blend in Europe (some of us even have blonde hairs and such). What do you think?
Our stereotype of Yemenis is that they are very good business man. Go by a Yemeni stall in a store, and you will end up buying something lol.
My family has deep connection to India. My paternal grandparents belong to the Bene Israel tribe (they lived around Mumbai) before migrating to Israel in 1950s as teenagers. My maternal grandparents are Russian and Polish Jews (though that's a story for a different day lol).
Anyways, they have very fond memories of India. They say that they never faced anti-semitism in your country and that the Hindus always treated them with respect and not as outsiders (despite the fact that they didn't look like Hindus at all, which is very fascinating to me).
My grandfather still sings Marathi songs and he does this thing called Kertans, where he prays to YHWH (our Israelite God) in Marathi, instead of Hebrew, lol.
What fascinates me about your country is your unapologetic support for Israel. I've seen a lot of love for Israel from Hindus in my Instagram and Twitter (it gets creepy sometimes but I don't mind it haha).
I have utmost respect for your country and your people, and especially for your beautiful culture. If it ever came to defending any other country apart from Israel, I'll probably choose yours or Russia haha. I hope to visit your country one day after I have grown up and done with my military service :)
Finally, ΧͺΧΧΧ ΧΧΧΧ. Χ©ΧΧΧ!
Hi,
On my mothers' side I am Halabi (grandfather) and Lebanese (grandmother). My grandparents and aunts fled from Beirut to Israel a couple of years before the civil war because of antisemitism. My grandfather passed when I was still a baby so I've always felt more connected to lebanon. I grew up on lebanese cuisine and my entire parents' and grandparents' generation speaks fluent arabic
Obviously I can't travel to Lebanon as a tourist because I am Israeli. I was wondering how else can I learn more about lebanese culture?
Also, if I want to learn specifically the lebanese dialect of arabic, does anyone know a good site or place to learn?
No political correctness bullshit.
