A list of puns related to "Inmost"
For those unaware, the Titan chest exotic, "Heart of Inmost Light," has the perk that "empowers" your other abilities when you use them. It makes them stronger and recharge faster. The affected abilities include melee, barricade, and grenade. The empowered buff lasts 10 seconds but you can refresh it AND strengthen it by using another of those abilities within 10 seconds of another for an Empowered x2 buff, and a third ability, empowered x3.
I'm not quite sure how long this has been an issue, around a year maybe? Perhaps longer. But with Beyond light came many behemoth mains and many people drifted towards a subclass neutral exotic as there were none for behemoth specifically. With that large influx of Inmost Light users came the realization that the exotic wasn't working as it was supposed to. The empowered buff does not increase to x2 unless you activate your abilities in a specific order (I believe, or its just random) and as far as I know the empowered x3 just does not activate.
Bungie, please fix this. I beg you.
I love the Heart of Inmost Light, it's my favorite exotic in the entire game as a Titan main. When stasis shipped I looked for information on how it synergizes with the grenades of stasis subclasses. I found absolutely nothing on it, and people were just creating builds based on the charge rate increase from the exotics perk.
After like 6 months of being lazy I finally tested it myself. And It does improve your grenades!
The damage from Each grenade is amplified slightly, including shatter damage from glacier grenades. It also will still stack with the Whisper of Fissures extra 30 damage when you are using that aspect.
Here is a link to some video testing I've done just to show the numbers.
Since forever, Heart of Inmost Light is bugged in that it's extremely inconsistent. To get a 2n stack, the only combos that work are : Grenade then Melee or Barricade then Melee. If you do anything else it will not give you a 2nd stack. This needs fixing to allow any "combo" of abilities in whichever order we please.
Also, since patch, dunemarchers do not proc their AoE lightning if you kill the target.
Those are 2 of my fav titan exotics, please fix.

Edit#1 : I made a post on the official bungie help forums about this too. It has yet to be acknowledged by bungie.
Edit#2 : Reformatted for clarity.
Edit#3 : Thanks everybody for the upvotes and rewards! This really blew up! :D
I'm genuinely not sure which of these three Exotics I should focus on using with my build, and was hoping a master Titan might be able to advise me. Hallowfire and Inmost Light feel very similar, and while Ashen Wake is quite different it feels like its occupying the same space as those two.
I'm making a solar warmind cell build, I want to be popping as many cells as possible and creating even more sunspots. All three feel like they serve this build but there just isn't enough information provided in their descriptions to really tell them apart.
Any advice would be great.
Trying to find ideas for transmog with Heart of Inmost Light. All recommendations seem to be to use the Solstice Armor.
Thanks.
