Just thought I would post about the storyline they are currently running in Holby city about a trans man and how he is reconnecting with his mum and her evolving opinion. The character is played by a trans man and it's a really great storyline! It's on BBC if anyone wants to check it out.

Dunno how many of you watch holby. But there was a similar situation with a serial killer doctor named Cameron. The situation with Cameron got dragged on for ages similarly with Gray. Thing is I could not stand Cameron and couldn’t wait to see him go. Gray is different. There is something about him I find quite entertaining. Of course I know he’s going to get his comeuppance eventually, but there will be a part of me that’s dreading it and will miss him.
Is it me, or does it sound like it was recorded on a potato under a pile of sandbags?

I've jumped in at the beginning of Season 22 and am on Episode 12 now. I've been missing the soaps I grew up with (Guiding Light, As the World Turns) and decided to try this one. I'm completely hooked and I have a feeling I'll be looking for earlier seasons to watch also. Meanwhile, I'm doing the best I can to stay unspoiled until I catch up with what's happening currently. Anyhoo, I am completely enthralled with Holby City and understand totally why it gets such accolades.
