I'm currently working on my Practicalverse RPG campaign with a friend, and we're thinking of having a session or two take place in Helike.
But we're hitting a worldbuilding roadblock, when trying to draw what kind of interactions the characters would have with both the population and the powers in place: what makes Helike Evil, and how does it relate to Good powers?
Is this purely a religion thing, where aesthetic differences are used to draw lines between different demographic groups? Or does Helike legitimately practice unethical practices (eg human sacrifices, blood sports, demon summoning) that its neighbors don't? How would Helike's nobility and military react to a Hero appearing within their borders?
Been clearing the map and it's the only one left that I need to complete. It's not registering that I found the ancient tablet... really really annoyed

In the year 2286, the previously fabled dream of time travel has finally become a reality. A group of researchers calling themselves the Arcana organization are perfecting time-bending mechanisms that will allow humans to travel up to millions of years back in time in order to investigate some of the greatest and most pervasive historical mysteries to have plagued humankind. Being launched into the unknown with no guarantee of ever returning is not a prospect many are able to cope with, but the researchers know there are some out there who are crazy and curious enough to seek out the experience. As a result, the Arcana organization are conducting preparatory "test runs" on the brave souls who wish to be considered for captaincy of the dangerous time-hopping missions.
Season 6 of Arcana saw trialists master the art of potion brewing and witchcraft in the spooky 1600's town of Salem. Josef emerged from the fiery ashes of the burnt stake and was crowned captain after a nail biting final dismissal. In Season 7 we will travel to the ancient greek city of Helike, a settlement left in ruins by a tsunami in 373 BC. However this test run will take us back even further, to a time when greek gods walked among mortal men and the limits to the stories told knew no bounds. But this crop of trialists won't be travelling alone. The Arcana organization has acquired the technology to unlock certain spirits of the past. Each of the eighteen trialists selected for this test run has already been paired with a deity from the past and taken their name as their own. Will the god inside you help you become the hero of your own story?

Backstory:

EARLY LIFE

First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.

For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.
I said "hey look, an escaPEA"
No one near me but it didn't half make me laugh for a good hour or so!
