Having a doubt guys, my father have a 2bhk flat in an defence society in indrapuram Ghaziabad. He purchased it in 2012. Rn we are living in Delhi and are in a dilemma whether to sell it or not. My mom thinks we should sell it and buy plot in our homeland (uttarkhand). I want to give my opinions too but have no idea whatsoever. Shall we sell it or keep renting it out? What's could be the expected price, property demand etc. Help a brother out guys.
So, today 8 Jan 2022 I got a sms from Vahan that my echallan has been forwarded to CJM court Ghaziabad.
This was the first intimation I received of the existence of my challan for overspeeding on 11 Nov 2021 on Delhi-Meerut Expressway or else I would have paid it then itself.
Anyway, I checked online and in my MParivahan app there is still no pending challan on my RC however on echallan portal it is showing as being done by UP Police and now the challan has been forwarded to CJM court Ghaziabad.
I cannot now pay the challan amount on echallan portal however The virtualcourt website is still not displaying my challan data and as per YouTube they will take around 3 months to update my challan on the virtualcourt website thence I can pay my challan.
Can anyone shed some light onto it. Do I wait for the challan to get updated on virtualcourt ?
I am out of India now. My family doesn't stay in Ghaziabad or UP.
Hello everyone, I just shifted from Delhi to Ghaziabad. In CP we used to have these old shops which sold all kinds of second hand books. The books were really cheap.
Do we have something similar in Ghaziabad or Noida?

For context: I'm not from Delhi but I'm meeting a girl for lunch for the first time IRL who has been a friend and has worked on charity-related projects with me. She has time for a few hours so it would be nice if there are things to do nearby.
