I just watched this video on YouTube ("Darcy and Lizzy had a prenup?" by Ellie Dashwood) about marriage settlements in Regency-era England. She talked a little bit about widows' entitlement to a certain portion of their late husband's estate, but she didn't say whether those "settlements" came with any conditions. If a widowed woman remarried, did she lose access to her first husband's estate? Does the answer change if she had kids from the first marriage? Were there differences between peers and members of the landed gentry?
Since this is mostly a legal question, I'm sure the answer is "it depends" but I'd love to know how remarriage affected a woman's financial situation!

In my opinion the green line is the one we have to hold. Also the red line is the line the bears needed to defend and we broke that one. Note the volume, there is no way in HELL that the bears covered their positions.
