Also, since these caps are one of the first caps that Bro made before using the ID system, they don't come with ID cards. I've been unable to complete my very first campaign because the world map tags will not spawn for the Fugu story where you have to stop poisonings on the world stage. I thought maybe today's patch would have fixed it, but no.

I can't advance in the main story without hiring new types of minions, but I can't do that because I can't complete this Fugu story.

When you complete Fugu's last mission and she joins you as a henchman, it says you get +5 franchises. However you can get the scheme appearing in every single region once. Not sure where the 5 comes in or if I imagined it...

More importantly, I now get "something fishy" schemes constantly in NA/patriot regions. Takes 30s, -75heat, no cost. Generally 1-2 of them in each region. Which is utterly insane and means no heat at all there. What I can't work out why it's only Patriot regions, and they seem to be taking the slots of cash schemes? The Alaska region only ever seems to have the normal 2 purple heat reduction, 2 fishy and Agent X now. Is this normal/expected?
