A list of puns related to "Friendliness"
People seem put off by my "hi how are you"s. Is it covid after effects? Is it the holidays? Are there too many people?
Maybe it's none of the above, and it's just me. After all I am the common denominator.
Should I be doing some introspection or is the city changing?
Hey yβall! I moved to the Des Moines area three and a half years ago and I couldnβt be happier here. My husband is a 100% born and raised native Iowan and thatβs how I got here. We went to eat out in Des Moines a few nights ago and seeing all the people being so kind and nice to each other made me so happy. I saw salt of the earth people from all walks of life sitting down and breaking bread together. People who didnβt know one another invite someone eating alone to be with them at their table. I had a great time just watching how friendly and nice everyone was to each other. It was a wonderful feeling. If I had little awards to give to everyone for just being a nice human being, I would have given several out.
No place is perfect and thatβs ok. Little glimpses of βIowa Niceβ makes my heart smile and I just wanted to share that with everyone. :)
I have held voyager stock for awhile now and have been using the voyager app. One of my friends has stated other apps have better token purchase execution with lower fees, so I tried crypto.com and I must say Iβm very disappointed in crypto.com apps interface. Everything is 10X more complicated and has been very confusing to use.
So thatβs my DD. Long voyager. To the moon.
My friends all say they didnβt fall for it even the first time and that Iβm the only person who fell for it...and I feel like a complete idiot...
Hey everyone. Iβm a guy in my 20s who just went on a first date with a really nice guy a couple of days ago. It was a great time, and we hung out for a long time at a bar drinking beers and talking. We had a lot of things in common and the convo went pretty fluent despite the fact that we were both a bit nervous. He seems interested in a second date and I am too. Thing is that it was pretty friendly but not that romantic, rather a friendly conversation. I donβt date a bunch cause of a lot of reasons but it seems like a repetitive pattern that Iβm kinda bad at igniting a romantic spark.
Does anyone have any tips as to? We havenβt arranged the second date so suggestions involving potential activities and stuff are welcome.
Do you have a positive or negative experience with the move?
I am from Toronto and thinking of moving to California, which is already considered to be very liberal, but I am still worried how much homophobia I might experience there. I don't want people to stare at me while I'm holding my bfs hand.

I love playing the new Halo Infinite, but whenever Iβm playing multiplayer it seems no one either has a mic, or they are all in a party chat room.
I remember playing halo 3 and others circa 2008 and youβd join a lobby, and nearly everyone had a mic. There were joke, snide remarks, and friendships made in those lobbies. I know 343 did away with the loading/ending lobbies (or whatever you want to call them) which I do miss, but what I really want even more is to communicate with my team while we are in a match.
If youβre playing multiplayer, I encourage you to use game chat instead of private chats.
With over 1 million shib owners, can we get our business owners to start accepting shib as payment! If our community leads the way in purchases, more and more will see it as a token worthy of payment.
There's a dollar-a-slice pizza spot in Manhattan where you'll get this a lot, and it can be assumed these are sometimes homeless folks or just people down on their luck. I pass the place on my way to work and invariably will get greeted by random men as if you're old friends, whereas the few women I've encountered there will straight up just ask for change or stand within earshot and announce that they're hungry. I don't mind giving if I can, but the most recent guy annoyed me; sitting there under a tree near the pizza spot, he tries to catch my attention and says something, then does a 'shooting a basketball' motion (I'm tall). I don't know this guy from a hole in the wall and of course the entire point of his attempt at interaction is to ask for a couple of dollars, so knowing this I ignore him. How do you deal with random strangers trying to get your attention when it can be safely assumed they simply want something? And do you feel it's your job to play along and give, just because you might have a few bucks?
Sometimes I feel like the only reason Iβve advanced so high in my company is because Iβm friendly, respectful, and responsive. I feel like anyone could do my job as long as they possess these traits. Earlier in my career, technical expertise was needed to succeed, but as Iβve advanced I feel Iβve become out of touch with some of that because it was no longer as big a part of my job. There are people who are clearly more technically talented than I am. Often I feel I donβt have much to contribute to technical discussions, at least not as much as I used to. Iβm in a leadership position but sometimes feel Iβm in this role under false assumptions that Iβm this mega subject matter expert, and those above me are blind simply due to me being a nice guy and likable. Iβm terrified I will be put to the test at some point, either in front of colleagues, executives or in front of a client, and fingers will be pointed and I will be called out for being so high up yet not knowing what Iβm talking about.
Not sure what my intention is with this post other than maybe just to get my feelings out there.
What's your general experience with being friendly with other players? My experince is generally if it's a group they'll probably talk and then instant kill you. If it's a PMC or SCAV there's likely a 50 50% determining rather they cooperate. Scav on Scav mic is like 80% untill you find some pog loot.
When we talk about upgrade events being "budget friendly", what kind of budget are we talking about? Dropping hundreds of thousands per event is not budget in any sense of the word.
In the old events, the low rated cards (Jones, Suzuki, Talbot, Hedman etc) were meta cards with great attributes, and most importantly, 2 customizable syn slots. Compare to the upgrade cards at 86-88 overall, and they have less syn customisability than a similarly rated primetime card. Guys like Bouwmeester are only usable below 89 if they are a perfect synergy fit for your roster.
Overall, my suggestion would be to keep upgrade events, but make it so that the base level of the card has at least a bit of synergy customisation to make them viable.
Hi all! My first ever trip to BGW will be in March. I'm currently 6'2 300lbs and I hope to drop 10-15 before the trip. What kind of trouble can I expect with the coasters? I fit on most CP rides (some uncomfortably) aside from dragster and millenium. Anyone have any thoughts? Waist is about 42-44 and chest is about 54-56.
