If you don’t know what fox hunting it, let me tell you. Fox hunting is when a group of people get together with their trained hounds, find an area with foxes(sometimes trapping them in a caged in field), set their dogs on them, and watch as their hounds chase them down and rip them to shreds a while the fox is still alive. Why do people do this, you might ask? It’s not to keep their population down. It’s not for their fur. It’s not even to “protect” livestock. It’s for entertainment. Sick, morbid, disgusting entertainment. It doesn’t matter who you are. Most people can look at this after being educated on it and go “wow. That is evil.” Please join me in helping the fight to get this more securely banned. It’s not just foxes either. Badgers, birds, etc. There are so many people in Britain who are standing up to this but the sad fact is, there are a lot of people defending it too. They need our help. Yo, so I've just graduated college and got a job working at Brown Uni. Problem is that I need to move all the way from Northern Virginia. So I'm limited to wonderfully deceptive listing images and carefully worded listings. I'm subbed to grad student listserv's and co-workers but could also use insight from other locals. I'm hoping to move in early to mid-July
My main requirements are:
- Be close enough to brown that I can walk/bike/skateboard/snowshoe/boogieboard to Brown. I've done the 60mi school commute with D.C. traffic and I'm tired of driving.
- Have a kitchen with the essentials (stove, fridge, microwave, sink, etc (probably redundant to require))
- Have Laundry Facilities or in-room laundry. Don't want to sink money into washing my dang clothes.
- Studio would be awesome but that's a tough sell, I know.
- Pricing to be sub $1000, especially with a roommate or two. Let's face it, I'm not making enough to live out my tiny-house-bus-Ms. Frizzle-millenial dreams so I've gotta be practical.

These little fucking arseholes do not SHUT THE FUCK UP, every night between 2-4am outside my fucking bedroom, it's play and sex time for foxes, fucking bastards. They have the loudest fucking screeching I've ever heard on an animal, and no matter how many times I go outside to shoo them away, they always come back within minutes to make fucking noise, I wish I could chuck a fucking hand grenade at them
Anyone here talk to AoA or Atlantic lately about the batch of WBP foxes that are supposedly supposed to drop soon? Anyone got the skinny ?
