Can someone please explain what an account executive does?
What is the average salary?
Can you ever get promoted (into doing behind the scenes and more creative work)?
What is the stress level?
I am trying to get an idea of what this job entails.
just to give you a little background on myself:
I have about 4 years experience in being an administrative assistant. The most I've ever made in a year time was probably around $28k tops. So, when this recruiter matched me to this Executive Assistant job and told me the salary is $90k... i was like "and you're sure I am qualified for this job cause I've never had that high of a salary before.". She confirmed that I seem to have what they're looking for. The job is based in Cali and I am not in Cali but the job says "remote optional".
here are the duties/responsibilities:
Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
Make travel and accommodation arrangements
Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports
Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports Take minutes during meetings
I'm honestly surprised that the salary is $90k. does this make sense? btw, i don't know anything about the company cause normally staffing agencies want to keep the company private till further along in the hiring process. I'm also a little confused because some of the responsibilities of this job doesn't seem "remote friendly". someone told me being a virtual executive assistant doesn't make much sense cause they are normally needed in the office. Thoughts?

Biden declined to withhold documents from the National Archive regarding the January 6th insurrection, blocking Trump’s attempt to claim executive privilege. The House Select Committee on the January 6 Attack requested a wide range of information from the National Archives on August 25th, including all documents and communications from Trump, his children and their spouses, and numerous White House aides.
The Archives identified a set of documents responsive to the committee’s request that it sent to Trump for review, as required by law. Trump tried to shield about half of the first set from the committee, promising to “take all necessary and appropriate steps to defend the Office of the Presidency.”
White House counsel Dana Remus told the Archives on Friday that the White House is overruling Trump’s executive privilege claim:

Hi all, I'd love a bit of advice as I have an interview with a real estate agency soon working in marketing.
I have 5 years experience in marketing elsewhere and the marketing manager is eager to hire me due to my skills, but I need to interview with the CEO. I have been asked to create a little presentation on how my skills can improve the estate agency. There wasn't much marketing before, all fairly standard but they'd like to make a bigger push so I need to persuade them that I'm the guy. The manager did mention what i'd do with social media, or perhaps changing up the window signs to attract more people (I'm also a designer).
Does anyone have any advice on what works in real estate marketing, any stand out ideas that have worked for you in the past? I'm pretty confident putting something together myself but I'd love some tips and tricks to really enforce how I can help push their marketing.
