A list of puns related to "Erector"
Welcome to the weekly installment of our Weakpoint Wednesday thread. This thread is a topic driven collective to fill the void that the more program oriented Tuesday thread has left. We will be covering a variety of topics that covers all of the strength and physique sports, as well as a few additional topics.
Today's topic of discussion: Abs/Erectors (Aesthetics)

RoboCheers!
Things I'm doing:
Sleeping on my back firm mattress, with a thin pillow, everyday I do chin tucks, wall slides, and my usual lifting routine. Posture has improved, but it feels like my progress resets after going to sleep.
When I wake up, I'll do this stretch, and it feels insanely tight, radiating all the way from my upper back to my hips.

Any idea what could be causing this?
Do I need a thicker pillow? could it be weak abs? Thoracic mobility?
Iβve been constantly waking up with super tight upper spinal erectors, are there exercises specific to strengthening the thoracic/cervical erector spinae?
Or would just do something like deadlifts or back extensions work them enough to help?
I would love to know the value prior to selling. Thanks. https://imgur.com/a/xQYgkzS/
I picked this up at my local 2nd hand store.
Hey friends,
Yesterday I began my KB journey. I've been observing the community for a while, asking questions and making notes, and I finally felt ready. I know my form won't be perfect yet, so I just went for it and followed a video on here that was praised for perfect form.
I used an 8kg, did about 25 2 handed swings, 20 single hand swings per side, and about 10 mid pulls each side.
I noticed after doing the 2 hand swings that I had a lot of soreness in my QL and erectors. I know I have particular weak QL and spinal erectors, but it was more sore and unbearable than the glutes (don't get me wrong, glutes were definitely firing). Today, my back is super sore. Given that these moves are glute focused, and the pain from my lowback is what kept me from doing more, do you think it's an issue with form?
To reiterate, I know that many muscles are used, and I am using some ql and Erectors for the swings - could my weakness in these muscles explain the soreness or in your experience, if these are fatigued, am I relying on these muscles more because my form is lacking?
(I also know this is hard to answer without seeing me swing).
Any advice or comments are appreciated.
Been looking everywhere for an old childhood project that I did with my Dad that Iβd like to remake. Google is showing absolutely no results anywhere close to what I remember.
It was a red and white β57 Corvette Meccano set. It looked exactly like a standard die-cast car on the top, but turning it over revealed the Meccano framework the panels attached to. It had a battery pack which sat in the boot and ran the headlights via a switch in the centre console. Also came with a plastic display stand.
Note: it could have been another brand, perhaps a knock-off, but was definitely Meccano-esque with steel bars with small nuts and bolts.
Also note: It looked like a standard die-cast model, thereβs a few results which use the standard Meccano plates as panels, but thatβs not the one Iβm looking for.
So Iβve been doing lower trap exercises and well as chin tucks to help with my forward head and rounded shoulders. Iβve been doing them morning, afternoon, and night and I havenβt been feeling any better at all. It has only been a week but I feel as if thereβs no improvement at all going on. My back and neck still hurt just as much as before I started doing the exercises. Is this common? I read that the erector spinae is key to help keep you upright and maintain good posture. Do you think I should start working my erector spinae more and less on the lower traps or should I keep going with the exercises Iβm already doing. Thanks
Are there any tower builders near Macon?
Iβd like to buy a 60β+ tower in the new year and would like to discuss placement on 37 acres, and Iβm too old to climb it anymore
Decently experienced weightlifter, never really had issues with anything until recently, curious if perhaps this is caused by a muscle imbalance or something else.
