A clichΓ© high school drama, Choose your cast!

The rules are simple :

_ I give you the Roles and you chose the cast from kpop Idols you like.

_ You get to chose the Gender you want to any role. ( it doesn't have to be an all boys or all girls, I chose an all boys tho)

_ You can add a role if you want to. (I only wrote the most obvious roles I see in school dramas)

_. Of course you don't have to rewrite everything you can just write the numbers and write the idol you chose for the role.

1)The homeroom teacher (he's kind and supportive): Shinhwa Eric Moon

2)The student REP (Smart, strict) :EXO D.O

3)popular kid with many fans(Very Confident with his looks, athlete and a playboy) : Stray Kids Hyunjin

4)The friend of the popular kid (as popular, more calm and uses his brain) : BTS RM

5)the mood maker in class (Plays a lot of pranks on his friends, but everyone likes him) : SEVENTEEN Seungkwan

6)The mysterious kid (Edward like character) : SEVENTEEN Wonwoo

  1. the weirdo ( weirdo in a funny way) : BTOB Changsub

8)The old soul (he's too wise for his age, likes to turn a joke to a serious matter and starts giving advices) : Shinee Key

  1. the smart student ( Book worm, Nerd) : GOT7 Jinyoung

  2. the Idol trainee ( he skips classes a lot to go practice) : NCT Shotaro

  3. The Bully ( comes late, skips classes,) : Ateez Mingi

Why is the game written like a episode of a high school drama?

While the first game was very grim, with its few and very appropriate lighter moments, the second game felt much more depressing while at the same time like some type of drama? I meant the game starts off with the Ellie/Jesse/Dina situation, and then Abby’s β€œfriends” and their drama, and then the weed smoking scene etc. like why is the game written out like a CW show and not an apocalyptic universe ? The first game and the second feel like completely different universes .

Which High School-set drama, got better when the characters actually graduated?

Obviously, many high school shows have actors who are alot older, playing youg "teenagers", but the starting point is always something like 15 or 16. And since they're visibly older, many of the shows have to inevitably move the characters, pass high schol

What is the most outrageous or scandalous drama that occurred while you were in law school?

Anyone have any scandalous or outrageous stories to share? I'll start. There was a guy who was engaged to his fiance but cheated on her with multiple women throughout the law school. Each of those other women didn't know this guy was sleeping around with other women. Eventually it got back to his fiance and they all found out.

Another was a professor sleeping with students. He was married and had young kids. His wife later divorced him.

We also had an obnoxious gunner in my section who would argue with every professor and ask weird off topic questions. He quieted down the semester after grades were posted.

What stories do you all have? Let's hear them!

Royale High Drama: Where is the New School?

Introductory Phase:

Notes (1.0):
So, as someone who has a lot to say, I am nearly always ready or willing to throw in my own two cents on a subject that I wish to speak of. I do my best to speak with the uptmost respect, and emotionally non-biased tone when it comes to matters such as these. I have seen many people making 'mini-reviews' or 'mini-rants' about Royale High as a game. I wish to say that my evaluation is NOT an original idea, but a sort of 'trend' I am jumping on. Though I am trend jumping- do intend to be thorough with my opinions, thoughts, and perspective.

Notes (2.0):
This evaluation will likely be lengthly. However, if you do not agree with my perspective on something I am speaking my mind about- that is fine. Everyone has different experiences, and everyone processes things in their own way. You do not need to accept, or respect my opinion in particular- but you do need to respect that my opinion is not the same as your opinion. If you do that, I will do the same. It is as simple as that.

Notes (3.0):
This post is more focusing on the new school, the Royale High Dev Team, and other things surrounding particular dramas that are common through the community. I will be putting in headings for specific phases of my 'Interview' or 'Analysis' or 'Perspectives'. That way, if you are uncomfortable with a certain subject, you are more than free to skip it. I will put in respective warnings, and any bits of research I have done, in order to try and make some points more clear- as well as personal experiences I have had, in regards to some specific topics.

Notes (4.0):
Sharing your own opinions, or points of view in my comment section under this post are more than welcome. Even if your points of view are different in comparison to mine. As long as you don't fight with each other, it is perfectly within your rights to share thoughts, feeligs, or your own perspective.

Notes (4.5):
As a continuation of the last note section log- I will openly say that if I see anyone being extremely disrespectful to each other, or to people/s in general (ie a population of people either online, or in real life) I will not hesitate to screenshot, and go to the mods to seek help in handling the situation. Keep that in mind.

***((I will NOT address drama that pertains to ||ie transphobic, racist, fatphobic etc RH Influencers||, certain individuals- as they are not the majority of the community. Individuals within th

Weird cliques, and high school drama vibes on my unit. Anyone else dealing with this?

I don’t want to put too much detail but basically there is this clique on the younger side that have basically got their friends hired to work here and expanded their crew into some twisted version of Mean Girls, Jackass and Gangster’s Paradise.

The behavior ranges from immature/funny, to annoying then aggressive/passive aggressive and petty as hell. There seems to be this divide of people joining in the clique because it’s entertaining and those of us whom are neutral or become victims of the clique.

I think I recently went from neutral to the next victim but I’m in an environment where it’s impacting patient care and my stress levels.

All of the sudden, you notice your vitals signs not being done…or you can never get certain people to help you, they only help their friends. You walk into weird whispered conversations and hearing everyone talk shit about everyone. It’s toxic but also some of the behavior is actually ridiculous and most of them know better.

I tried to be that Auntie that tells them, this is how people get fired and they don’t listen or get it or just think I’m an asshole.

Well now that things are out of control I have slowly backed away, but now that is making me a target of this nonsense and it’s actually causing me some stress.

Anyone else on a dysfunctional, toxic unit? How did you cope?

Looking for a really good school drama

So I want a good kdrama with the whole school vibes. I watched a love so beautiful on youtube which is a c drama I think but its soooo cute and the academic vibes are very strong like there are exams, fights, teachers, friendships etc.

I am looking for that vibe, which may have tropes like an enemies to lovers, bullying, friendship, crushes, and all that. Any drama with academic rivals to lovers would also be appreciated:)

Also I am sort of looking for newer dramas not older ones:)

Is there any point applying to theatre conservatoires/drama schools without much experience after leaving school?

I’m leaving school next year and I don’t have a particular interest or career in mind except from acting/theatre. I know it’s quite an irregular career that requires a lot of hard work and patience but putting that aside, will any further education accept me with just a higher (Scottish secondary school equivalent) qualification in Drama? Or is there no point applying to these and going straight to college for more experience.

I’ve mostly researched the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland in Glasgow because it’s the most local to me and from what I’ve read is that I’d pretty much have little to no chance getting in since there are so many applicants and only a couple get picked so without experience I probably wouldn’t even be considered.

Are there any places that will consider me and are happy to take on secondary school leavers?

Love High School Story but the marching band drama is less than realistic lol

I've been in the marching band for years now, and the feud between Ezra and Aiden shouldn't even exist. High school marching bands typically play the fight song during pre-game, and then play a couple of show pieces during halftime. As much as I love the book, the drama they decided on could've been a bit more realistic if PB did some research.

I was wondering if the other extracurriculars had a similar issue?

in verbal ways like they would make fun of me for no reason and i would like argue back hard and curse them out and switch friend groups a lot and i did that in middle school too. and even in college i got into drama cuz my ex who broke up w me told all her friends who all hate me now too even tho she lowkey cheated and i was the one who called her out on it. i simply cope by thinking that they hate me cuz im handsome/pretty/whatevs but like idt thats even it, i think it has to do w the way i talk somehow making me seem cocky cuz a lot of ppl say that even tho in my mind im like nice and innocent and sweet and tbh insecure. As an American, are my chances of training at a UK drama school terrible?

Hey guys, I (18m) have been acting since I was three, whether musical theater or straight acting it’s been in my life longer than ever and more present than any other desire. I’m an avid Shakespearean. My idols are guys like Rory Kinnear and Ralph Feinnes. My favorite play might be Richard III. I think there’s a higher purpose to theater outside of fame and awards. I hold myself strongly to ideals of truth, honesty, emotive beauty, when it comes to artistry.

I just had my audition for NYU today, and I think it went very well. NYU and Carnegie Mellon are two of my favorite American schools to try out for, my sister went to Atlantic at Tisch. I was accepted to AMDA, but I know they’re more of a musical theater school. My dream would be to attend RADA someday, but I know that’s a long shot. But I’ve noticed the UK drama schools are particularly hardcore, which is very attractive to me. I don’t mind time or challenges, I’ll make myself available for training and improvement and wouldn’t take a day I’m at one for granted.

But based on everything I’ve heard, and studied, am I setting myself up for failure for auditioning for top tier drama schools at 18? It seems like they want to work with professionals, which is understandable, but are the BA programs there for no reason?

Not to mention, does it hurt my chances at all that I’m international?
