The referendum on Adjusting FMex income distribution rules has successfully ended. The option of agreeing on adjusting FMex income distribution rules has won the referendum at the rate of 85.42% ( 1,494,810 votes in total) according to the result.
The referendum result:

If the daily distributable income of that day is less than 10BTC, then all the distributable income of the day will be used for FMEX repurchase, and will used half of the repurchased FMEX for mining rewards and the other half for destruction.

If the distributable income reaches or exceeds 10BTC on a day, the distribution of income on that day shall follow the existing rules which is to allocate the distributable income of the previous day according to the snapshot of the lockup FMEX at 0:00.

The team may adjust the threshold, mining and destruction ratio in the future according to the actual operation of the platform.
FMex platform will strictly implement the referendum result represented the consensus of the FMex community and FT community members, the specific implementation details shall subject to the later announcement.
Since the referendum has strict community binding, if the above content needs to be adjusted in the future, it still needs to be approved by the community in the form of a referendum.

There's been a question of "should billionaires exist" and this is essentially a question of wealth and income distribution. I am planning on retiring now if I can due to health reasons. It is a bit sudden so my planning has been caught short.
I have money in the bank but may want to use some IRA distributions that are from rolled over employer 401K plans. I was originally considering PA due to PA not taxing retirement income, but I was talking to some folks and I learned NY State does not tax SS, and then learned they may also not tax 401k distributions? Also some pensions may be excluded up to $20,000, but that part is very confusing, my pensions will start at age 65, and are from two private companies.
My family is in NY so if I can I prefer to be in NY rather than PA, even if it is fairly close. A short drive is better than a 2 hour drive.

Since the suspension of the referendum on the proposal to adjust the FMex income distribution rules, we have repeatedly organized FMex community users and the FT community users to exchange views, and consensus after discussions has been reached between the two communities.
Based on this consensus, the FMex community will re-initiate a referendum on the proposal to adjust the FMex income distribution rules at 18:00 (GMT + 8, the same as below) on February 5, 2020.

Votes will be rounded down based on the FMEX position at 00:00 on February 5, 2020 which 100 FMEX = 1 vote; the FMEX votes of FT community (which accounts for 35%) will be allocated to FT holders, rounded down, according to lockup FT number (remaining unfrozen time shall be longer than 24 hours) snapshotted at 0:00 on February 5.

The number of votes can be set when voting. The minimum number of votes is 1. Votes may be cast several times until all votes (of each category) have been cast.

The FT held by FCoin Fund, FCoin Team, FCoin platform, FFund and FMex platform will not participate in the referendum.
