Thinking of getting this for the first time since I have a friend who recently had dengue. Reminded me that covid is not the only virus out there :(

i recovered from dengue a little over a week ago and still dont feel 100% fit. There is some confusion over the diet i should follow and some things to avoid. Should i avoid red colour stuff like beetroot, but some sources say beetroot is really helpful and protects from free radicals. Some sources say onions , ginger and garlic are bad whereas some say its helpful. im really confused. There are not enough srilankan sources even on the net. most are Indian or from other countries. Also is red meat like beef and liver good for you? cheers
