A list of puns related to "Dano"
I’ve been stuck in bed with a broken ankle for just about a month and half. I’ve watched so many movies and shows. Tonight I watched Cowboys and Aliens and Paul Dano’s performance stood out to me…
He was such a wildly misused talent as the comical, puny wimp. It worked in There Will Be Blood but his role had much more significance and weight. He’s got so much talent visible in his movies like Ruby Sparks, There Will Be Blood and even Little Miss Sunshine.
Seeing him as the goofy bully is so weird.
Sendo breve.. decidi que quero experimentar pra ter noção da onda, nunca utilizei nada além de álcool é maconha, queria dicas pra experimentar e não dá tão ruim, obrigado pelo tempo

WORDS DAN JOLIN
OUT 04 MAR
WHEN HE WAS THREE OR FOUR YEARS OLD, MATT REEVES FELL ILL WITH A FEVER.
His temperature soared so high, he needed to be constantly hydrated. Day and night, his parents fed him water through an eyedropper. And as they did so, a dark figure in a cowl and a cap manifested from the shadows above him.
“I remember very distinctly, even to this day, seeing Batman on the ceiling,” Reeves tells Empire. “I wasn’t afraid of him. I just thought, ‘Oh. Batman is on my ceiling.’” He smiles, like he’s speaking of an old friend. “There was something about him that connected to me.”
When Bob Kane and Bill Finger’s crimefighting creation appeared in the pyretic Reeves’ bedroom, the character had already been going for three decades: in comic books, film serials, radio dramas, stage shows and, premiering in 1966 (the same year Reeves was born), the wildly popular TV show starring Adam West. During the next half-century, his popularity proliferated, through bold graphic-novel reinterpretations such as Frank Miller’s Batman: Year One and Jeph Loeb’s The Long Halloween (Loeb, by the way, taught Reeves screenwriting at the University of Southern California), plus the blockbuster movies of Tim Burton, Joel Schumacher, Christopher Nolan and Zack Snyder. And that’s not even including all the recent spin-offs and sideshows, taking in Todd Phillips’ Joker, The CW’s Batwoman and Epix’s Pennyworth. Even Michael Keaton’s 1989 Batman is making a retrotastic comeback in next year’s multiverse hopping The Flash.
One might argue that we’ve reached the point of Bat-saturation. So how can Matt Reeves’ The Batman, the first stand-alone Batman movie since Nolan’s The Dark Knight Rises in 2012, bring anything new to the table?
“Batman is 80 years of blood,” says producer Dylan Clark, who also worked with Reeves on Dawn Of The Planet Of The Apes and War For The Planet Of The Apes. “It’s a thing that’s so intense that when you say yes to it” — as Reeves and he did in February 2017 — “you immediately feel, ‘Oh shit, what have we done? How do we do this?”’ However, that concern did not curtail their ambit

I’m looking at this now 15 years later for the first time realizing that this scene might have been DDL taking his method acting a bit too far. Dano looks literally terrified for his life at that moment…or is their performance just that damn good lol?
There has been 3 trailers of The Batman However, the one thing that stood out the most is Paul Dano's Riddler. The villain's face isn't seen, but his cryptic voice and sinister disposition is littered throughout the trailer, taunting the Dark Knight. In that sense, it's clear the main antagonist of Reeves' movie is taking influence from Heath Ledger's
Ledger's Oscar-winning perform as the Clown Prince of Crime resonates to this day. Jared Leto's Joker version to live up to the bar it set and many villains face a tall order in giving fans the same dynamic and captivating performance. Ledger left shuddering in their seats, but sadly it was lost following the actor's tragic death. Still, the performance is a work of art, and Dano seems to be following suit with how he goes about tormenting the Bat.
Like Joker's make-up, Riddler is covered up with a mask, straying from the exposed look and eye mask worn in various comics and cartoons. This Riddler is hellbent on secrecy more than showmanship and ego, intimidating off the cuff by wrapping up a victim's face and leaving riddles behind for Commissioner Gordon's men and the Bat to solve. But what's very Ledger-like is the theatrics Dano's villain is steeped in. This Riddler is using an eerie voice, throwing back to Ledger's vocal tone shifting according to his mood, and he's also sparring with Batman using social justice and equality.
Riddler is clearly talking about pitting the city against the Dark Knight, the city against itself and the Batman against Bruce Wayne. It's similar to when Joker had Bruce assessing his essence, moral compass and whether or not he should break his no-kill policy. Rules aside, Joker also had the Bat questioning the man under the cape, and if he was actually one of the monsters he was trying his whole life to stop. Dano's Riddler appears to be doing the same, not only working games for the Bat but also trying to make meaningful change in society. He's also dealing with the ideals and philosophies of the city and Bruce himself, something Ledger's Joker tapped into.
What makes this so clever is that while it's similar to what Nolan did, it's a different sociopolitical landscape in the world today where the rich are being exposed. So while Joker was about giving Gotham a better class of criminal, Riddler might be about social justice, looking to become a symbol. In that sense, he reflects the distrust people have against the powers that be to help elevate and defend. And as Riddler s

No entanto, não entendi como funciona a mecânica de Resistência a Dano. Se uma cadeira tem RD 5, isso quer dizer que qualquer dano causado é dividido por 5? Ou -5 no dano causado a ela?
I’m actually pretty excited for this movie even though I’m kinda worn out on every mf ever wanting to do a Batman take. I get it Batman is like Hamlet or some shit now but I’m good. The reason I’m hyped is bc I’ve been a massive Riddler fan since forever and he’s always been kind of underrepresented bc while being a fan favorite he’s just super fucking hard to write, the line between corny and smart is thin w him and creating an intellectual equal for Batman is hard. The zodiac killer approach is the obvious choice but hopefully they put more emphasis into the clues than the murders themselves, even in real life the zodiac killer wasn’t on par w Bundy or Dahmer the killing was just the work he had to do so he could get to the fun part which was taunting the media, the public, and the cops. I know the riddler is gonna spew a bunch of “we live in a society” bullshit which is gonna be annoying bc every mf thinks the joker is so deep. Even in TDK Nolan basically stated that all of that philosophical grandstanding Joker does is really him just manipulating people into acting like animals and that he doesn’t really believe it he just likes being a monster, perfect example is how he lies his ass off everytime he tells his tragic origin story. So many people missed the point including Todd Phillips who took that edgelord shit and used it to make a taxi driver/ king of comedy rip off. On the flip side though that mentality that the people who unironically believe that shit is PERFECT for the riddler. His entire character is centered around his massive ego and narcissism. Dude is totally an outcast dickhead who thinks he’s smarter than everyone and that’s why he obsessive compulsively leaves clues at crime scenes. This movie could be great as long as after Batman outsmarts him he pokes holes in his stupid worldview and exposes him as the weak little crybaby he is. I have really high hopes for this flick so I really hope it’s not some cringe shit like joker and can actually stand toe to toe with other great Batman stories like TDK, TDKR, The Long Halloween, Year One etc. Lemme know what u guys think.
Okay, I apologize if this point has been run into the ground in the past, but after months of following this movie's development on twitter and other subs and YouTube, I am just... tired of all the over-the-top speculation.
"WHAT IF THE COURT OF OWLS IS THE MASTERMIND THAT RIDDLER IS TRYING TO TAKE DOWN?"
"WHAT IF PAUL DANO ISN'T THE REAL RIDDLER?"
"WHAT IF THE JOKER IS BEHIND IT ALL?"
"WHAT IF...?"
Can we just have a movie where there's a single guy telling riddles and that's that? Seriously. Paul Dano is a fantastic actor and the Riddler is a fun character, we don't need to insert a billion characters into this just because we recognize the names from the comics.

Conseguiram resolver?
