A list of puns related to "Cypress Semiconductor"
I'm designing a power electronics PCB with TI's F280025 DSP. From previous experience I know that due to the switching noise JTAG often works unreliably (disconnecting every once in a while) if there is any decently long cable between the device and the debug probe. This can slow software development quite a bit, so I wanted to put an IC on the PCB that would convert USB to JTAG and thus the JTAG would only be exposed on short traces.
Unfortunately, (I'm assuming due to the semiconductor shortage) there are no FTDI nor Cypress USB to JTAG chips available anywhere (as far as I can tell). Is there any other ICs that I'm missing?
Can I somehow use another MCU for the job? Like how the MSP432 (I think) does it on the XDS110 that's a part of LAUNCHXL-F280025C? Where can I find the code to flash that MCU and can I just flash it with an external debug probe?
Thanks for your time, any help is appreciated.
Hi,
I am new to development on the Cypress/PSoC platform. Considering it is not like development on traditional MCUs, I am having trouble with this, and I require the assistance of anybody who is used to this development environment. I will attempt to explain what I am trying to do. I have initialized an IDAC source and connected its output to the input of an analog MUX. The analog mux has two outputs, each of which is connected to an analog pin. Upto here, my operation works fine and I have managed to configure and test these components.
Now I want to connect the two analog output pins from the MUX to a SAR ADC. I am using the component - Sequencing SAR ADC [v2.10]. I am trying to configure it with two single-ended channels and attempting to feed the input of the two analog pins from this to the inputs of the ADC. However, when I try to do this, it gives me 3 errors and a couple of warnings. I will attach a screenshot of these errors so that it can be understood what the issue might be. Any assistance on this will be appreciated.
Anyone have any experience trading it? Seems to be at the lower end of a range it's been stuck in since around November 2017. To me it seems it floats between 15-17, and I'm thinking of grabbing some December 17 strikes to take advantage of their November ER.
What's the deal with this piece of shit though? What was so much better about it back in 2011? How trade war sensitive is she? Any positive/negative catalysts to look out for? Why has my dad been gone 5 years when he was only going to the store for smokes?
Thanks faggots

I have no background in any of this. Should I be worried about getting involved?
So I just had an interview with them and they are suspect af.
Essentially they asked me during my interview to write a business strategy on how to combat AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and Fraud within their company.
For the next 30 minutes we delve into the nitty gritty on drawing out plans and paths to take to solve this problem. While Iβm talking to them about this, the interviewer is also copying my notes onto his paper.
At the end of the interview, he mentions that he enjoyed talking to me however they are looking for someone more tactical than strategic. First off, what does that even mean? Also, he asked for a strategy and now says he wants someone tactical and not strategic?
Suspect af, definitely believe they just wanted free info.
TL:DR βDonβt give companies strategies and plans for free. These are not real questions, especially if they pose them about their companyβ! There are case studies for this!!!β
After the acquisition of Cypress, Infineon is now the worldβs largest producer of chips for cars. Iβm not an analyst by any means but what gives on their stock price? Cypress is doing well and is expected to rise even more. I would think that in the position that theyβre in would yield much better results. They bought at a higher-than-normal price for CY but would that really make a difference?
