A list of puns related to "Corel"
I'm still using X5. I have many macros that I've been using for years. Hesitant to upgrade. Let me know.
Thank you and God bless,
Craig
Iβve used paint shop pro for many years combined with aftershot. After having multiple issues and not being able to get tech support through Corel Iβm looking to switch to Lightroom and photoshop. I was wondering if Iβm just gonna have a slight learning curve or is it going to be a total headache? Does anyone have experience with both Corel psp and adobe photoshop?
First off, Iβm really excited about this part of the story, as Iβve always liked this lore in the original game, but really always needed it to be fleshed out, especially Barrettβs wife Myrna, more about him and Dyne and more about Marlene.
Anyway, I thought Iβd see everyoneβs take or ideas on how they can update the story. Iβm replaying the original now, and forgot that it was a coal mining town. Obviously, in 2022, we know that fossil fuels are not a sustainable source of energy.
So, some questions. Is coal still better than Mako? Will they change coal to something else in the remake? Or, maybe perhaps the in the most interesting take, will someone, maybe Red XIII, recognize some hypocrisy in Dyne and later Barrett for wanting to continue coal production?
Just some thoughts and thought this would be a good forum to posit a conversation about them on.
I have a sp7 i7 16gb with surface pen and a slim pen. I'm now looking for a drawing-app to develop my painting skills. I was about to buy the current Create with "Visual Impact"-bundle at humblebundle.com, that includes corel painter 2021 and paintshop pro. When reading about the support for surface pro I understand that people are disappointed about the lack of pressure sensitivity support for pens. Then I found that a lot of people suggests Leonardo, but I can't seem to find that they offer compatibility with the tilt function(?)
Does anyone know if they nowadays do support tilt (or if I should look at something else)?
I have a Corel Draw project consisting of the following folders:
color, content, embed, font, META-INF, previews, styles, and a mimetype file.
What exactly do I have? Can I export high res images with no background?
Thanks,
joeslide
I know "Rules: 1. We are not Support " but I'm just hoping someone else encountered this. I've already contacted Corel and Humble support about this. Humble suggested I ask Corel. I contacted Corel 3-4 times now and they keep saying that the team handling these types of requests is 'extremely backed up' and I haven't heard back in over two weeks. So I'm checking here.
I purchased the 'Create with visual impact using Corel Painter 2021!' bundle and can't figure out how to install the scripts for Paintshop Pro. I installed PaintShop Pro and then ran/installed the scripts, but my software looks nothing like any of the tutorials and I can't figure out where the scripts that came with the bundle would be or how to activate and use them.
Just to give some background on what I've tried so far:
Tutorial #1 found at https://shop.learn.corel.com/products/dragan-effect-script-for-paintshop-pro This shows that I should be able to go into the File menu to locate the options for Scripts: screenshot
Tutorial #2 found at https://kb.corel.com/en/127009 This also shows that I should be able to go into the File menu and find a menu for 'Scripts.' Screenshot
Tutorial #3 found at https://help.corel.com/paintshop-pro/v23/en/user-guide/paintshop-pro-2021.pdf Again, this suggests that I should find a 'Script' option in the File menu, and also that I should be able to go into the View menu and find Toolbars > Scripts screenshot
HOWEVER
As you can see in the below screenshots, I have none of the menus shown in any of these tutorials: [screenshot 1] (https://i.imgur.com/izG204S.png) - screenshot 2 - screenshot 3 - screenshot 4
Has anyone else had this happen or could someone maybe point me towards something that could make sense of this?
I have both, one is from my tablet purchase and one is the trial. I like both. Not sure which to use.
I'm considering purchasing, I have a few specific needs. One is this:
Can I have a grid background, then create an object (like a square), then use the dimension tool to dimension from one side of the square to a line on the grid? Once that is in place - can I edit the dimension to move the box? Can items be locked / frozen in place?
For example, our grid-to-square dimension is 4mm. I want to edit the dimension so it says 7mm, then I want the box to move to the new distance.
I'm currently using Solidworks for this, but I'd like to streamline a bit.
Currently, both are on sale. Affinity Photo is on the Black Friday sale and Corel PaintShop Pro 2021 is on Humble Bundles for $30 including Corel Painter 2021, AfterShot Pro 3, and so on. I wonder which one is better to buy.
My use case I think will be mainly for game art, especially for game UI. I'm not a professional but just a student of design major. And my goal isn't to be a game artist but a game designer. I just started to make simple art so I don't really know what I'll need in the near future. I imagine I'll be more likely to draw vector-based art so actually, I'm not sure to what extent pixel-based software will help. I don't need to edit photos that much but I see there is a technique called photobashing maybe I can leverage.
I've already decided to buy Affinity Designer so I think Affinity Photo would better integrate with Designer. And for the PaintShop bundle, it also has AfterShot Pro 3 so I guess maybe it's better in terms of photo editing and management. I don't need Corel Painter 2021 because I already have Clip Studio Paint Pro and tend to prefer anime-style drawing. So I don't need Affinity Photo for drawing either.
I'm pretty sure the customer support is fucking with me intentionally. I'll explain.
I recently decided to purchase a Surface device for taking notes, general browsing, and creating any digital artwork. I had no prior knowledge of the Surface devices and so it was a choice between the Pro 7, or Pro 8, due to my budget.
Right before this. There was a bundle up on Humble Bundle that included Corel Painter 2021.
Which it turns out, doesn't work on the Surface Pro 7.
Using the Wintab option means no pen pressure and no tilt. Using the Real-time Stylus option gives broken pressure and janky lines.
Normally i would look up any issues I have and fix it myself. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find a single person that had this issue and resolved it.
I get in touch with their customer support. Just to have them directly clarify if there is or isn't a solution. I was expecting them to tell me there isn't.
Instead they ask for a copy of my MSINFO32 report, and my WinAudit report. Which I give. They then offer to take control from their end and fix the issue. A welcome surprise.
They ask when I'm available, then give a time. They send me a link at the time so they can take control with Zoho Assist, and ask me to let them know when I'm connected.
Which refused to connect.

I send an email to tell them. Then an hour later I get a response.
>We will get back to you tomorrow at 3 PM GMT Time zone.
So the next day, Friday... No email.
Saturday... No email.
Sunday... Email!
>I apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
>We will get back to you tomorrow at 3 PM GMT Time zone.
Monday... No email.
Today, Tuesday... Email!
Once again I receive a link to connect with Zoho assist.
One again...

I reply instantly. Been a few hours since and no reply.
I'm pretty sure they're intentionally fucking with me now. I've asked several times for them to tell me the solution to the issue but they completely ignore the question.
I don't think there is a solution. Is there?
For years, I've been longing for Corel Painter. Just wanted to take up digital painting. But always thought the price was sky high, and the brush packs were really pricey.
Humble Bumble had a creating bundle going on in Sept. and I picked up Corel Painter 2021 for a song. It also included other Corel products.
Anyway, earlier this week they advertised upgrading to Painter 2022 for $118, so I thought, I might as well, mainly because it seems their main focus on the upgrade was to make the program easier to use.
After I installed that, Corel was giving me popup notices about brush packs and paper textures for 90% or more off, so I dug in and bought pretty much their entire library of brush packs. I had to hold the line on the paper textures though. That would have been a bit too much for my wallet.
I wasn't sure if the offer would ever come again, and there's been plenty of times over the years where I seen some software I wanted on a super discount and thought to myself, if I wait a few months, I'll get it then at the same or similar price.. but that day never comes.
Any way to make a mixer brush run out of paint but then start to blend? So it starts off as a hard edge then starts smearing gently anything on the canvas?
If anyone needs an example let me know.
I am having a interesting problem. Opening a new file, or existing one is giving me a blank workspace. I can see it when I go to full screen preview. I have done all the resets for workspace, did a fresh install. Computer is fully up to date, along with Corel. Any help would be nice.
