There are a couple of photos of the court docs in this tweet, the details are summarized by Justin Lum as follows:

Pawlowski’s initial motion accused Boudreaux of giving misleading & false statements to the court. BB said MP was hiding from LE after attempt was made on his life (10/2/19). Based on circumstances the court does not find it unreasonable for BB to believe MP was hiding from LE.

Court also states MP never provided BB w/ her new address when she abruptly moved from AZ to ID in late Oct or early Nov. Her new husband noted she did not want him to share her full name with anyone in fear of BB locating her. BB was trying to serve her motion for temp orders.

Court says evidence showed service was effective & MP knew about 12/11/19 hearing that she did not show up for. This led to BB getting sole-legal decision making authority for their four children.

Trial for this ongoing family court case is in November. This specific ruling simply denies MP’s motion to hold BB in contempt.

Anyone know if Discovery is better than Controvert for PVP? Specifically the Keen/Intense weapons for warriors.

I am a returning player and am wondering if the Controvert set is worth the Belli and KS points/Gold to obtain in full +12. Should I get Controvert or save points/Gold for Renegade Set in future patches?

Tengo un punto controvertible desde hace semanas, y no logro comunicarme con nadie. Literalmente he llamado a cuanto numero encuentro y he escrito emails a todos los correos electronicos que se supone que son para resolver los puntos controvertibles o cualquer problema con la reclamacion y no consigo a nadie ni respuesta alguna. Esto esta ridiculo. Y me siguen enviando los papeles de reclamacion subsiguiente con un papel que dice que no pueden emitir el pago por el punto controvertible ese. Que puedo hacer en este caso?

First time poster here. Recently started playing TERA when it came out on steam and was hoping someone could clarify whether I could craft a weapon (controvert) on one char and give it to another. So in my case craft it using the Sorcerer and give it to my Gunner. I'd hate to commit only to find out I cant transfer it.

Pretty much what the title was asking. I was just wondering if I can craft a greatsword on my reaper and then transfer it over to my Slayer.

I know some people are saying just +9 it because it's "junk", but as someone who had Opportune, it's definitely not in my world! Anyway, I realize that it'll be used to upgrade to Defiance but I think the big question is: when will Defiance be available? A month? 2 months? Half a year?

Unfortunately, global chat is generally met with troll responses so figured I'd ask here: is it worth it to +12 Controvert? Is there enough time between now and the next patch that it's worth it?

Please consider changing rule #6. I love this sub, but the recent influx of NSFW tagged posts that get all the upvotes, just seem wrong when there are good solid DAD jokes being overlooked because of them.

Edit: i went to sleep and now my inbox is dead, thank you kind strangers for the awards!

Keep in mind, my son is 4 years old, so everything is an original to him.

I had to work late into the evening yesterday, and he was just going to bed when I got home. I had left home for the office nearly 14 hours prior, had a long day, lots of meetings, traffic, etc.

When I walked through the door, I was exhausted, run down, and starving. My wife hugged me and asked how my day was, and I replied, "Done. It was a good day, but has got me exhausted. I just want to grab a bite and go to bed. I'm hungry."

From my son's bedroom, I hear him shout, "Hi Hungry! Nice to meet you!"

Not only did it make me laugh, but I completely forgot about how hungry and tired I was. I went to his bedroom, and we laughed together about it. It was exactly what I needed.
