The island is in a universe with no human population. The island has a force field around it. So it's hard for certain characters to fly off the island. The 30 characters get trap in this universe and they need to find a way to get out this universe and survived on this island for the time being. The 30 characters at the beginning don't know this island is a universe with no human populations. Up in till a teleporter tries teleport of the island. The rest of the world is just covered with the island. The island also have toxic radioactive waves that come in like hurricanes every now and then. So the 30 heroes would need to find ways to avoid this radiation while they are trying to escape and get out this universe.

Composite Naruto Character or CNCh for short gets all character abilities (so all Kekkei Genkai, composite DΕjutsu in both eyes, all Nature Releases, all Jutsus etc.) but his stats doesn't add up (except from chakra reserves but about that later).
