A list of puns related to "Cie"
Final fantasy has always had some of the coolest cgi openings/cutscenes and I wanted to see what everyone thinks of them.
mine is the gran pulse scene in FFXIII. The music, fang summoning bahamut and even lightnings horrible Lβcie pun were all great.
FFX wedding crash is a close second for me
which cgi cutscene is your favourite?
3 days left till results day, how are yall feeling?
I donβt wanna talk about mine. Starting 2022 on a very positive note π.
I had to switch exams boards like now and I only have the CIE textbooks.. can I use them? I'll follow the edexcel spec ofc and I'll use the pdf edexcel textbook too... I do sciences/maths btw..
Also can I use CIE notes from savemyexams as well? I really like them.
For those of you who are doing CIE physics, how are you studying the new syllabus material such as PET scanning, astronomy and cosmology? I don't know where to start! Also, are questions on these topics on any of the CIE physics pastpapers? If there are, in which years?
Hey guys I really need notes that cover everything for biology AS level i wΔ±ll sit my exams may June and i need to prepare I canβt find any good notes if anyone has anything please feel free to send me some or any recommendations flash cards also needed as im really bad at making notes :(
Hello, I am an international student who is planning to take A level courses and apply to NTU after I finish my A levels. The course I am planning to apply is either Computer Engineering or Electronic Engineering. May I ask which 4 a level subject that I could take to increase my chance of getting accepted? So far I am sure Maths and Physics are needed but I need advice for the rest two.
i hate making notes cause i barely look back at them, i make flashcards n review those but thatβs not my problem. our teacher usually teaches too fast or wastes her time talking to the other students, then tells me the rest is easy and that i can study it alone. she proceeds to send me notes for the chapter, and i usually donβt get it. last week, she was sick so she missed all of our classes, which made her send ch15 and 16 notes (hydrocarbons and halogenoalkenes). i genuinely do not understand a single thing. and she never bothers to review my quizzes and my mistakes with me, have never received any paper iβve done back (not even past papers). iβm stuck and i donβt know what to do because iβm sure if it was t for her pushing up my marks and giving everything a full mark i would be failing
also if anyone has any useful youtube channels whether itβs for solving ppq or explaining the lessons/chapters that would be nice :)
we're four months away from our a level exams but our school hasn't started with any lessons for statistics 2 or mechanics. The plan, according to them, is to do only mechanics since most of us (including me) have been studying physics since 9th grade. I was trying to solve questions from my mechanics practice book and i hate how time consuming and boring those were (i've never enjoyed physics either). i was considering to switch to stats 2. has anyone done it? how much time did it take to learn it?
Has anyone here ever applied for a recheck and got a better grade? how common is it that a grade improves? should i go for a recheck because i thought my paper went pretty well and i got a B :(
hey guys, can someone please help me find this because there is a google drive with a whole bunch of the oct/nov files but this one isn't, PLS help!

Hi there, since I've been getting a ton of dms for the definition pdf I made last year I decided to share it here. Please keep in mind I did the 2021 syllabus and I'm not sure if things have been added in the new 2022 syllabus that are missing from my pdfs. Thank you!

FFA has had a lot of discussion about ethically-made, high-quality items so I felt it might be helpful to have a comparison of two similar pairs of shoes.
TL;DR: The Clergerie "Britt" (Originally priced at $695 paid $160) is easier to walk in due to the better design and has a more snug fit around the ankle whereas the Louise et Cie "Sanji" (Originally priced at $169.95 paid $67.98) seems a bit sturdier and may not need to be babied.
Brand Overview Clergerie shoes are handcrafted France and price is usually reflective of it. They're one of the first brands to incorporate the Goodyear welt in their craftsmanship. The brand is very transparent about their entire manufacturing process on their website and have emphasis on the longevity (work-wise) of their employees.
Louise et Cie is a footwear line of the Camuto Group (Vince Camuto, Vince, etc.) with a focus on classic and versatile pieces. I refer to them as being "fast fashion" due to the number of new designs they churn out each season and seem to copy high-end designs. Their website mentions the manufacturing facilities are mostly in Asia and Brazil, but is very vague about working conditions of their employees. The website does mention that they are compensated fairly.
Purchase Process I purchased the Louise et Cie "Sanji" from Nordstrom on sale for $67.98, but the shoes felt quite stiff.
Filtering through Poshmark, I found a lightly worn pair of Clergerie "Britt" for $350 and proceeded to put an offer. The offer time lapsed without the seller sending me a response so I resorted to checking eBay and found the exact same pair listed by the same seller at less than half the price. I was a bit wary, but did have a pleasant exchange with the seller and received the item in the condition described. This was a good reminder to me to do a reverse search for secondhand items on the popular sites (eBay, Poshmark, The Real Real, Vestiaire Collective, etc.).

... keep reading on reddit β‘Is there any way of doing the practical paper without lab work? like answering the questions which are possible to answer? there is no exemptions for that paper when taking the entire AL together apparently....
Hi everyone I was just going to ask if for CIE grading do I just need an average of 90 ums in my as level and A2 for an A*. Or can I just get A grade in as and A2 and regardless of the UMS of the A grades in those 2 sets of exams? Does anyone have any experience?
19 Β Bromomethane, CH3Br, is used as a fumigant to destroy insect pests in grain that is to be stored.
It can be made by reacting methanol with hydrogen bromide. CH3OH + HBr β CH3Br + H2O
What type of reaction is this?
Isn't both A and D correct? Why is this not a condensation reaction?
I was taught that they refer simply to the amount of points you scored on a particular paper, out of the possible total amount of marks. If so, Why are the grade boundaries so low? for instance in the math boundaries i just linked, one would only have to score 68.8% to receive an A or higher at A level. Which to me at least just seems odd, as i was told that boundary is typically around ~80% for the same grade. Here's AS&A level geography for another example
Thanks in advance!
Thanks

H. Moser has a long, interesting history β surviving both a revolution and two world wars. The Quartz Crisis was ultimately the biggest threat to the company. Like many great brands, however, it was resurrected and is very successful today. Its intertwined history with IWC is also interesting.
My full post detailing the company's history can be read here.
Heinrich Moser (born in Schaffhausen, Switzerland) founded the company in 1828. He chose Saint Petersburg, Russia as its original birthplace. He would inevitably return to his hometown two decades later to establish a watch factory to supply his business. His clientele by this time included Russian princes and members of the Russian Imperial Court β but even Vladimir Lenin reportedly owned a Moser watch.
anything but savemyexams please.
