A list of puns related to "Chipboard"
I always wish that there was a Barbie dreamhouse conservation project, where collectors could scan the chipboard furniture and playsets that they have so that fans would have access to the assets and the graphics longer than the cardboard itself lasts. Even shoddier sets could be scanned and then cleaned up in photoshop. If I had the money to get the sets it would be the first thing I did. Iβve seen printable sticker graphics for some vintage Barbie toys. It would be great if we had a go to resource for all these things. I know Mattel put out the repro for the original dream house, but thereβs tons of super rare playsets that have stolen my heart. Like the second dream house (which has a cuter interior imo), skipperβs dream room, the campus, fashion shopβ¦it would be such a great resource for doll collectors and photographers to be able to print out the background of Barbieβs kitchen or what not. Or if you had a vintage play set but it was missing the couch, being able to print it out would be a lifesaver. I am also down for Mattel rereleasing everything but donβt see it happening.
I have been having a difficult time getting chipboard in my area. I have poster board on hand and single corrugated cardboard. Would I be able to use either of these or is there another material that would work better for the interlocking system?
I'm looking for chipboard between 80-100 point thickness but it's hard to find on Amazon.
Hello! Got my first Cricut (Explore Air 2) earlier this year but hasve moved on to the Maker as of yesterday!
I want my first project on my Maker to be with some 1.5mm Chipboard for an ornament. However, I super confused as to how small I can cut. The circles I want to cut, I want them to be the width of a pencil (So 0.3 inches or so across). However, everything I see on Cricut's support screams "Nothing smaller than 0.75 inches" or "width of a pencil" hence the size I am trying to go for.
I saw this blog post and can obviously see the small circle (for the ornament string) is tiny. But everything online I think is tell me no.
I am so confused as to how small of circles I can go on chipboard since I'm seeing all sorts of sizes and such.
Thank you!

Replacing chipboard flooring, where at the one end of the room; the old boards end on a hoist which is directly under a partition wall.
I was unable to pull the old boards from between the wall and the joist; so have cut back the old boards and removed what I can, so they are now flush with the joist.
My plan is to fix a batten parallel to the joist to give the new boards something to rest on.
So my questions are: What kind of screws should I use? And how big do they need to be? What size batten should I use? Would 3x2β suffice?
Thanks.
Hi guys, I want to screw some screws in to get rid of horrible squeaky floorboards but I have a layer of 18mm chipboard over the floorboards (around 40mm in total with floorboards) and no idea how to locate the floor joists.
What is the best way to locate the floor joists whilst avoiding hitting any piping/ electrical wires? Also recommendations for what type of screws/length would be great. Thanks.
So I'm re-building the rear drawer setup in my car and planning on using 19mm chipboard, I was planning on just doing butt joins and pre-drilling them and using ~50mm screws, was just wondering if anyone else had any suggestions or have joined chipboard and has tips, was also thinking about possibly using dowels too but don't know
