Very small gripe, but I was kind of sad to see I can't just... sit, at Brewsters. If you sit in any chair other than at the bar he says it's reserved, but if you sit at the bar, you get up after drinking or saying you don't want a coffee.

Idk its weird but I really like the music and atmosphere. And I'd love to just sit and chill for a moment there alone

Let’s ignore the gender swap for a moment.

Having read the script beforehand, I was worried about Kynes not because of their particular set of chromosomes, but because on paper Kynes was once again a kind of boring, questgiver character; appearing to send our characters on their journey and then unceremoniously dying in kind of a silly backstab murder sequence.

And to be frank - not much has changed in terms of Kynes between the leaked script and the final film. But every time Duncan-Brewster had something to say, I really listened. She picked a relatively lame character up from the page and imbued her with authority and, for lack of a better term, melody that made whatever Kynes had to say hard to ignore.

I still miss the old, enigmatic dreamer from the novels. But I’m very happy they found someone who did something interesting, without doing something flashy, with what in the end is not a central character in this film.

I just got my 51st coffee at Brewster's but he didn't give me his gyroid...will I get it in my mailbox tomorrow ?

Edit : I just time traveled for earlier this day and..it didn't work neither :/
