Before I start, I would like to clarify that I am NOT an earphones/headphones enthusiast like most people here are, so I might not be as knowledgeable or as picky when it comes to these.
As mentioned in the title, I have got my BION-03 for a while now after seeking for suggestions on reddit and I must say, I am not disappointed. However, I have this lingering issue when it comes to BION-03, which is that my ears feel a little sore and tired after wearing the BION for an extended period of time. Also, I have changed the stock tips to the Sony MDR-XB55AP ones.
What do you guys might think the issue is? Is it because of the weight of these or are these the tips? Or are the tips the issue?
For more context, I am used to wearing them one-sided for casual use so that I can hear my surroundings at home. After a while, my ear would feel so uncomfortable, especially the back of my ear that I would have to change sides, and after a while change again.
Any suggestions/advice would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!

Where do you begin with Bion? Do you have to read a bit of Klein of first? If so, which papers?
My understanding is projective identification being something we needed for Attacks on Linking.
I purchased a few 10ml bottles of Systane Ultra eye drops prior to PRK surgery. Should I just throw these out and get preservative free tears? I see that Systane Bion is recommended but can't seem to find it online. Amazon has something similar from a company called Bion but don't see the word Systane affiliated with that product. Any leads?

The broader question is what are the differences between Bion and Lacan. I found some, like Bion says no to desire in the analyst, and that he apparently thinks of castration as real instead of Lacan's symbolic take of it. I'm oversimplifying here and might be mistaken. By the way, does anyone know where I might find this text Bion- Lacan by Bernard Burgoyne? I can't seem to find either a physical or a digital copy.

I’m finding that I’m very much drawn towards an object relations and attachment-based lens as a psychodynamic psychotherapist. The above theorists have had the most impact on the way I practice, and I’m wondering who else I ought to be paying attention to who falls within that realm.
