Milton Berle gets heckled from the balcony by Statler and Waldorf, during his 1977 appearance on "The Muppet Show". The two elderly muppets were in fact based on a character from his 1960s TV series, played by comedian Irving Benson, who made fun his act from the box seats.

I’m thinking of going to an LA Philharmonic concert soon (they’re playing Prokofiev!). The most affordable seats are in the balcony and terrace. Will there be a noticeable decrease in sound quality in these seats?
Also, is it usually expected or required that attendees wear formal attire at concerts? Any advice is greatly appreciated!

I have a ticket for sale to the show in Austin if anyone is interested. Seat is front row of the balcony section on the right side of the venue if you’re looking towards the stage. I live closer to DFW so figured I would go there instead and spend an extra day with my family for Thanksgiving.

Houston Grand Opera balcony seats advice?

So I am currently considering taking a road trip to Houston in January to see their production of Dialogues des Carmélites, and I'm hoping to find a seat that is as cheap as possible (I'm a college student and I'm not in Texas. enough said.). the balcony seats are between $25 and $55. the $25 seats are in Balcony O, which is very, very high up. the more expensive seats are closer to the stage. my question for anyone who has sat in the balcony of the Houston Grand Opera is what part of the balcony should one sit in to get the best mix of good view, good acoustics, and reasonably cheap price?
