My Sorc uses a 77% magic find Ali baba with two sockets.
Would it be worth it to use two Ist runes (I have one so far) on it or save for a better weapon?
I've been searching for a long time for a decent price on the MK Sandcrawler. All the common stores and even most of the vendors on AE have it for around $500-600. Cheapest option I found was hitian at $406 (before PayPal fees and what not) with ocean shipping to the US.
Then I checked out Ali baba. Found a bunch of vendors that were 3+ years old with positive reviews selling it for way less. Like a shocking amount less. Ended up ordering it for a total of $320 from a vendor with very positive reviews and good history of on time delivery. I opted for ocean shipping since it was wayyyy cheaper. Supposed to come in the MK box with instruction books and motors included. Estimated delivery is mid Feb to early March.
Plus, between PayPal and Ali babas protection, I'm not even worried about getting scammed. I get that the minimum order quantity can be a hassle, but there was no problem finding sellers that allowed 1 unit for purchase. I'm surprised it's not even mentioned in the starter guide, feels like I found a cheat code in the brick world.

Looking for suppliers and I believe that these two are the biggest ones out there. Are the 2 hit or miss and are just horrible?
What do players usually socket this blade with since it's for MF?
I'm having a difficult time understanding the 2 socketed Blade of Ali Baba - When I found the Blade, I was a lvl 55 and so the magic find is 55%. The Gull Dagger has a static 100% MF, BUT if I add two perfect Topaz to the Blade of Ali Baba I get 55% + 48% giving me a total of 103% (I don't have any Ist runes). I know that extra 3% may not be a great deal, but I want to max my magic find.
Why is it with two PTopaz on my Blade of Ali Baba does it still show 55% MF and not 103%? Are the two PTopaz even working on this blade?
Let me start this off with I know, China has a grip on their economy, a tight one. But I believe the K-9 to k-12 non profit is completely unrelated to Alibaba.
The most common thing I here is buy the fear, but everytime there is fear everyone is running from it.
Alibaba is Chinas amazon, and I do not think at any time China will pull the rug out on that. You may correct me if you think im wrong but looking at this from an outside view that is how I feel.
Alibaba in my opinion is very undervalued due to chinas current stance right now so obviously it is a high risk but I believe it is an even higher profit if they arent pulling the rug from $BABA as I think they wont.
Please if you have any other DD to include on baba let me know as Im open to hearing Bull and bear cases from both sides.
