A list of puns related to "Albert Lee"
Albert Lee makes his fourth appearance at The Strand Theater in Hudson Falls Saturday night. Startlingly enigmatic, he is a combination of technical prowess and an ability to take a set in any direction based on his emotions and an almost telepathic connection with his audience.

My name is Albert Lee and I am running to represent the people of the Third District of Oregon to Congress. I am running because I believe that democracy requires choice, something that has been missing for over a generation and arguably two. Choice strengthens democracy and holds our representatives accountable to the people and counters the effects of money in politics. I am running because while our incumbent has been a fairly decent vote, we face a series of crises here in our district, across the country, and around the world that impact the working class and the marginalized far more than those at the top. Here in our district, that is highlighted by a homeless crisis that was critical when I first arrived in 2005 and is supercritical today. There has been an absence of leadership from the city on up to the federal government. In addition to that, the lack of affordable housing and living wages places way too many of us in the struggling class. Above these and many other issues, we face a climate catastrophe that truly only receives lip-service. We need bold action now to have any chance of resolving these long deferred issues. Additionally, I believe in the basic tenets of the democratic party when it comes to diversity, equity, and inclusion. It is well beyond time that we uplift new voices, from other backgrounds, from other lived experiences to represent us in the most diverse district of the state. Our state has a history of structural and systemic racism coupled with suppression of minority views and experience. We have had 64 representatives from this state. Of those only one has been an immigrant and only one has been non-white⦠and it happened to be the same person. We need to diversify our representation to reflect the people. Currently 100% of our 7 federal delegates are: multi-millionaires, property owners, over the age of 62, and white. Our state has less than 1.4% millionaires, 44% of us rent, +75% of us are under the age of 62, and 18% of us are non white. Representation matters. As a veteran, an immigrant, with a working class background, who has experienced domestic violence and homelessness; as a first-generation college and law school grad; as someone who has attempted to live on minimum wage, I believe that I bring a perspective shared by far more folks and can truly represent the people of the Third District to Congress. So please join me and ask me anything! I will be on from 10:30 to 12:30. I will try to answer as many as pos
