Iβm an outgoing dude, I play lots of sports, but I really want to build a bigger body. I looked online in search for the βperfect beginner workout routineβ and was overwhelmed by the number of options and just donβt know where to really start. Anyone has some general advice about diet etc or workout routines for a newbie like me? Thanks a lot in advance!
Seriously I'm not even doing anything and I still feel like people look at me like some incompetent limpdick, like most people would be doing insanely dumb stuff like training with poor form and risking an injury just so they can lift a few more kilos and being obnoxious and inconsiderate to other people and I still feel like no one pays any mind to them. I'm actually fucking sure no one even cares I'm there but it's just the constant feeling like I'm a prize clown, I always feel like I'm in someone's way or like I'm inconveniencing someone, I just wanna be more ignorant I guess, but I can't for some reason, it's ridiculous, I'm ridiculous. For instance I go deadlift and get a thought about how someone could be laughing at my bum. I just would like advice on how to ignore all of this or just kinda focus on my own thing better.

Further to your experience, would anyone be willing to share the price of a membership? Specifically seeking to take advantage of their classes exclusively, as opposed to on the floor equipment.
Hello! So iβm a total gym newbie, have never set foot in the gym. all my workouts from the past have been at home. I was hoping to go to the gym to get fit, get booty gains, and, most importantly, to get into weight lifting! I saw many of you suggest beginners use a program rather than trying to build their own at first and saw many people loved PWR on the sweat app! is this the right choice for me? It seems like a lot when all i really wanted to do was start weight lifting.
from the looks of it iβm already a little intimidated since iβve never been to the gym and thereβs all these machines and exercises iβve never done and ahh. I know thereβs a bunch of programs on the sweat app but maybe I should give PWR a chance, iβm only looking at week 1 beginner after all. thanks!
Hello so I am F22 and also quite overweight. I'm around 200lbs and have never been so fat, the pandemic sure didn't help either but now I would like to go back in shape. I have always been somewhat chubby and lost a lot of weight when I was around 15-16 only by running every night, however back then my mental health was also much better and I didn't have MS.
I've now been diagnosed with MS for 2 years, and haven't been working out in forever so my muscles are now at 0, weak af. So what kind of workout plan woukd be great to build up muscles and slowly lose weight without going too hard at it and potentially hurting myself? I honestly have no idea since I normally would only run or play sports outside.
