A list of puns related to "Tibia (video game)"
Watched it around 4 years ago but I'm sure it was older that that. I remember it was featured in a news website but I don't think the game's name was ever mentioned which makes it so hard to find. They would follow a teenager who's addicted to video games and you could see it was tibia when they showed his screen. I can't remember much about it other than that he would rage and scream sometimes. I can't remember what language it was on. Sorry for the lack of details :c
It's going to be quite the shindig
I'm a big fan of video game podcasts, especially The Cooptional Podcast and The Podquisition (TotalBiscuit and Jim Sterling respectively as hosts). I find myself hoping that they somehow mention Tibia in their discussions about video games. Past or present tense, positively or negatively, doesn't matter, I just want to hear "Tibia" being mentioned to a bigger audience :P
I'm wondering if any of you have ever heard about Tibia in a podcast or YouTube-show.
(Pewdiepie doesn't count, it's literally the only time I've ever heard Tibia mentioned by a celeb and everybody on this sub knows about it!)
Hello fellow Tibians, I recently thought about creating multilingual Tibia-related content on YouTube. Before doing so, I'd like to ask you a question of great importance!
If there is any, what kind of Tibia content is missing on YouTube right now?
Hi there. Iβll start writing some articles once a week. Hope you enjoy it. Thank you.
Well, everyone has their own life and their own problems. Some works all day long and others has more flexible works, but everyone has to do something now days. During this COVID pandemic, I saw a lot of things, ppl getting of work, ppl died (unfortunately), anxiety crise (I had it sometimes, Itβs horrible, trust me) and more things. The notices is everywhere, TV, radio, every single thing you saw in street has COVID and itβs consequences...and this makes ppl get crazy about the world: what should I do? How long this pandemic will dure? How many ppl will suffer the consequences? How...What...When....How? Questions and more questions gets into our minds. I live far away from my family, so we canβt even see. I suffer of this pandemic as everyone else, but I found a way of distraction of reality: Tibia (Rookgaard, mostly). When I am there, hunting some trolls, spiders, wolves or even rats (I hate them, lmao), talking with friends at game, listening to music, watching videos, I get off problems there. From that 2h or even 0,5h, I am free. Here, we can relax and do what we want to get powered for tomorrow. So tell me, what do you guys do to escape from reality, just for a few moments? This is just a few words that I want to share with you! Hope you guys feel alright, thank you all and see you at Rookgaard! Take care all of you!
Hej.
Hey guys!
Have you bought something and then regretted it shortly after. Why do you regret it and what have you done with it?
Here are my regrets that I'm making do with.
35kk - lucky lane in venore
300kk -soulshredder
6.5k tc on a level 505 MS
Regret it because that 6.5k tc could have gone toward falcon greaves and more equips haha
When I was very young, I dated an older guy who showed me the game, but our relationship was extremely abusive even in the game. However, and even tho I never made it far in the game lol, I came to appreciate it very much and over the years I would enter this forum to see how things were going. Of course, I never felt strong enough to even install it. Only because of this eternal lockdown I decided to start playing the game that I like so much and I am very happy that I made this decision. Thanks to my few but dear friends. Thanks to the Unisera-Rookgaard community for being so kind to me and teaching me even the most basics. I am happy to have met you all and overcome such great terrors.

---- Edit: Part 2 of my journey can be fond here ----

---- Start of post ----
So I found out about Tibia about 2 weeks ago, and decided to give the game a shot, since the game do take screenshots when you die, when you skill up and such, I figured I'd share my journey so far with you lot. I want to point out that I started this game without any knowledge about anything, I learned as i went, and i got a ton of help in the /tibiaMMO discord channel.
So my journey started in Rookgaard with me trying out all 4 vocations, after just a few seconds i realized Sorcerer is what i want to play, so i grinded to level 8 and chose Sorcerer, and was ready to leave for the main game. At the boat, I was suggested to head for Venore, knowing absolutely nothing about the game, I chose venore, and I came to regret it..
A few minutes into landing in Venore i was constantly attacked by Feverish Citizen's and my first death occured, deleveled to level 7, and since I had no idea where in town I was, I could not recover my corpse so whatever I gained in Rookgaard, was forever lost.
First real death after leaving Rookguard.
About 10 minutes later this happened...
Eventually, I was told to chose another town, so i got directed to the temple, I asked for my adventurer's stone, and teleported to Thais where my real journey finally began.
The question now was, what do do when i have no gear, no wand, no money or anything, so I did the only thing i could think of.. Time to melee rats in the sewers as a sorcerer, for the gold and cheese, to gain mana to eventually be able to get a wand and use spells.
What I didn't know a

Also the possibility of keybindings and moving with WASD is new to me. Back then I've probably played like many others: left hand on arrow keys, right hand on F-keys (so uncomfortable!) Now, with the new possibilities of using WASD for movement, I'm asking myself: how do you guys play Tibia today and which advantages do you see with it? WASD? Still arrow keys? Any other ways?
If you use WASD, how do you mange diagonal movement? How do your other keybindings look in that case? Furthermore, is there a key binding to enable/disable chat? It feels unconvenient to toggle the chat by clicking on the small button when you use WASD for moving.
Thanks and take care!
Hey, i never played real tibia or real map outside of 7.4 where i toyed around for a bit but ultimately always disliked the idea of premium & pay to play. my friend and me decided to maybe give it a shot. Is tibia playable without premium? Which vocations would you suggest? i saw utamo vita was changed and im scared of playing druid since it could be bad for lower levels?
I kinda like mages more, could also see myself playing really any vocation tho. Any noob player suggestions? what to watch out for or some important aspects i could have missed from only playing lolder ots not uΓp to date on newest client version
I'm Curious, as for me I always expect some LOTR dark mythological monsters but the went down the robots then book route.
Im 1 day post op and im feeling crazy pain. I got muscle tightness in my ankle and my surgery leg feels like its on fire. Nurses are saying ill be starting physical therapy today as well so ill update you guys on my progress.
What was your recovery like and what can I expect?
What a stupid thing to fallout 4
while the game is still very alive and revenues may be profitable, many of us who have been playing for a long time agree that the roleplaying and adventure sense of the game, the strongest point for getting to tibia, was traded for massive grinding hunts for real life profit and other bullshit
for me the turning point was the yalahar update, it always felt like it was inspired in old OT servers, add to that the winter update 2007 which screw mages.
Admittedly, I was young when I started playing that game, and it might be the whole "your first mmo is your favorite" but nothing quite captivated me like that game did. I was too young for premium so after a while I moved over to private servers and that game probably some of the most fun I ever had in any mmo. To say nonetheless that it was quite brutal. People being able to add you to their friend list, spell to find you across the entire map of the game and murder you as soon as you got online. Dropping your backpack and 10% chance I believe of dropping any of your main equipment including weapons. Pits of Inferno quest, paying a guide for a service and getting ambushed mid raid by another guild and murdered because of beef. The politics and deception, game getting overrun by brazilians and the fear of seeing a brazilian player approach and getting asked "br?" to them get murdered for not being brazilian and them prompting a war against brazilians in the game. Tibia 8.6 was an experience I'll probably never relieve, but Sometimes I fantasise about being rich or someday some company buying the IP and making the world of Tibia come to light. Image a 3d tibia, with more depth, less potion spamming and no p2w. To this day I can remember hunting cyclops south of ab'dendriel and dwarfs, and making my way to thais to buy some items from people, scared of some random player murdering me while I was low level. Will we ever get anything new and similar to that, or that's too hardcore nowdays?
As a foreword I want to express I don't exactly know 100% of the order of things I did them in, as I was learning as I progressed. So exactly what level things happened in, I don't know. I know roughly when it happened, I just never intended to share my progress, so basing it of what I can remember and the screenshots I have availble.
Also thank you for liking my first post, in this post I'll share my experience from day 3 and until today, some of you were kind to give me ideas on what to do but since part 1 was only first 2 days, I ended up figuring things out like the light setting for example. So without futher ado, here comes the upcoming days.
So we ended day 2 regaining level 22 killing amazons and I was eager to prove that I could beat those nomads so level 23 and 24 were spent in the nomad cave, I also questioned what the hell I did the day before because it felt really easy this time around, perhaps I just knew a little bit more of the game and that was enough.
Next up was my mount, and ofcourse it was the donkey, took a few tries but eventually it happened
Actually, here i have to blame the screenshots a bit, this is actually the last thing i did the second day, the screenshots were taken after midnight so i tought it was the 3rd day, but the end of the second day I learned about offline training, so i logged out the second day figuring that out
Next up was level 22 magic, got that killing nomads aswell, and some upgrades to my UI, I found out about the hunt analyzer, i could finally keep track of what was going on. this is probably the first time I felt like I could get obsessed with the game.
Hunt analyzer, time to get depressed how little money I make. :)
25 and 26 went smoothly, but it was time to move on. Nomads felt easy enough at this point and I wanted to e

Hey Reddit Community!
So quick little backstory! I've played Tibia on and off for like 20 years. For a lot of those years I never had access to stable internet, and just never really focused on putting time into my char. The last few years I have definitely been playing more and my character has been progressing. So during that time I have been making YouTube content, and streaming. It makes me enjoy the game a lot more having a community around and just chilling, chatting, and having fun! So to say thanks and celebrate getting level 400, I am doing a giveaway of 600 Tibia Coins (nothing crazy I know, but definitely not well off by any means). 1st Place will be 300 Tibia Coins, 2nd will be 200 Tibia Coins, and 3rd will be 100 Tibia Coins. To enter all you have to do is comment on the video linked, subscribe to the channel, and like the video! As my YouTube channel progresses, I hope to do regular giveaways!
Disclaimer: There are some toxic people in the world so I expect some negative feedback, it's all good! Life is too short to stress about that stuff, so any and all comments are welcome :). Second disclaimer, by no means do I expect this to boost my channel, of course I hope to gain a few more followers, but if you know me, it's all about the chill energy, giving back when I can, and good vibes, so If i gain 0 followers, and gain no traction, it's all good! The world is a crazy place right now, just trying to do my part in helping people stay positive. Keep on keeping on friends!
PS: This will be posted on Reddit and a few tibia forums. Good luck to all!
Much love,
Teeth
Hi!
I really liked the game back in the days, even though I was always pretty noob.
Really liked knowing the game was still up, just joined Concorda server, but seems rather empty, I hardly see anyone around.
Is the game dead? Is it worth getting into?
Thanks!
I also stopped playing mage because of nightmares of getting one shot while hunting π§π»ββοΈ
Hi fellow gamers I'm back to game after 4 years, I have EK lvl91 and there is so much changes and I'm struggling to find some solo hunt spots can any one give me some advice
Tl;DR at the bottom.
First some Backstory. Me and my dad decided to get a Model D as he's got chronic muscle pain and I need to recover from surgery and need to get in shape for my new job. Iv used the Model D when I did crossfit 3 years ago, didn't really use the monitor, just watched the calorie counter for the WOD, but other than that I haven't used a rower.
My current situation: I'm currently wearing a brace locked at 0 degrees bend for my ligaments to reattach. I got one week left before I'll start bending my knee again and then mote 4 weeks where I'm only allowed 20kgs load on the knee.
I do believe I will have to use our stationary bike for those 4 weeks to get the movement back in my knee, I imagine the rower is a bit too hard on the knee with the full bend and pushing the whole body back?
Now for the Model D, is there a program or setting you would recommend for a beginner, preferably something that can easily be "scaled" (?) for the progress I am making?
My form should be pretty ok from crossfit and I'll use the videos from the pinned post in thus sub.
Tl;DR I guess. Model D arrives next week but I'm most likely gonna use a stationary bike for 4 weeks because of broken tibia plateau. But after that, what goals should a beginner have except for form. Is there an easy program to monitor progress that makes you push yourself to reach the next level of the progress?
It's going to be quite the shindig.
