Like the tittle says, I tried making some tanghulu and I messed up and burnt the sugar and now I donβt know what to do with it lol how do I get rid of it without throwing the pot & utensils out?
When you dip fruit into sugar at the hard crack phase how long does it remain good?
I would think that the sugar would start absorbing water from the fruit turning it into mush but I don't know how long that would take.
Iβve made tanghulu three times now and every single time I did it the caramel/sugar wouldnβt get crunchy. It would just coat the fruit and be soggy do any of you have tips on how to make crunchy tanghulu?
