A list of puns related to "SweeTarts"
I have been adjusting to intermittent fasting and was recently reading about possible fat burning benefits of also working out while in a faster state.
Well, today I absent mindedly swallowed one little Sweetart candy (my fave) from the candy bowl on my way out the door. Wasn't til I got to the car that I realized I was fasting but had already swallowed - did that break my fast?
Also... Tips on working out in a fasted state? I've been trying the past few days but find it incredibly difficult finding the energy reserves until I've eaten. Been doing cycling, starting to lift, and doing interval/almost HIIT home workouts. I don't take preworkout but I will drink black coffee.
Thanks in advance!!!
Maybe I am just late to the party but I went down to my local convenience store today and noticed new packaging for the Sweetarts Extreme Sour Chewy. After testing, it seems they removed any evidence of a sour coating and now taste pretty much like a more sour Spree. Especially now that they have those weird candy exteriors that don't taste like much?
It's disappointing, especially from the a brand (Shockers) that was a favorite during childhood. Anyone know how to get their hands on the old ones any more? Seems like I'm about a month late; all of the big box stores have replaced them and the smaller dinghy gas stations are on their way out too.
Real sad boi hours.
This contest is closed.
I asked my boyfriend what contest I should do and he said I should give away some sweeTARTS rope bites since he thinks this sub is obsessed with them. Heck, he and I are obsessed with them. They are so good!
Add these SweeTARTS rope bites to your list and leave a comment about SweeTARTS. It could be a fun fact or just you expressing your deep love and obsession with this candy.
US Only Contest ends at 10pm US est tonight! Use "SweeTARTS" for the raffler.
I miss them
TL;DR - I think the VooDEW 2020 mystery flavor is Sweetarts. I believe there is evidence to support it, here it is:
(1) In the first clue video, at the 4 second mark there is an anagram in the top right which reads 'ANDI CRUFTY' - which can be rearranged to say 'CANDY FRUIT' or 'FRUIT CANDY'.
(2) The colors of the hooded figure are yellow, red, green, blue.
(1) and (2) have been widely mentioned before. I don't believe (3) has though.
(3) In the second clue video, the theme is retro. The video has clips of Mountain Dew's first video commercial from 1966, occasionally superimposed with vintage shots of candy. At about 2 1/2 seconds, during a TV static screen, the number '63' appears on the screen for one frame of the video on the bottom left of the screen (snapshot).
So combining points (1), (2), (3) -- what colorful fruit-flavored retro candy was introduced in 1963? Sweetarts.
