So about a month ago I flew from Texas to Florida to visit a friend of mine. While there me and my friend decided to go check out a small indie rock show that was going on. I used to be a really shy person and I still am but its gotten better. Anyway, that night I had drank quite a bit and was having a lot of fun and decided to grow some balls and approach this gorgeous girl who was exactly my type. We hit it off pretty well surprisingly and we danced together and one thing led to another and we ended up going back to her place and hooking up. I honestly attributed this mostly to alcohol at first since she was also pretty drunk and I would never have had the confidence to approach this girl while not intoxicated.

In the morning she actually asked me to stay for a while and we went to go eat breakfast and came back and had sex again. We talked about many different things and I had a lot of fun just getting to know each other. As I was getting ready to leave I told her that I unfortunately lived pretty far away, in Texas, and that I had just come to visit and hang out with a friend for the week. This is where things start to get a little weird. She told me that it was ok and that she really liked me and that she would come visit me. I thought she was just joking at first because travelling 1000 miles to see someone you've only known for a couple hours seems kinda crazy. I jokingly said sure and left and thought I'd never really see or hear from her again since my flight home was the next day.

A couple hours after I get home the next day she texts me asking how I am and saying that she really liked meeting me and stuff like that. I reciprocate but fully expect for this to go nowhere. But it has been a month since then and we have kept in regular contact. She calls me at least 3 times a week, she always texts back quickly and enthusiastically, and she even cleared her work schedule next week so that I can come see her.

And now I'm just sitting here and asking myself why? I have never had this kind of enthusiasm from a girl let alone a woman of her caliber. I am a 6/10 at best. I am poor. My personality is not all that great. I'm not trying to make myself sound like a total loser or put her on a pedestal but I am just trying to be realistic. This girl, is older than me, has a good career, has money, lots of hobbies, is really smart, has a great personality, is an 8 or 9 out of 10 in looks, I could keep going. I would love to keep seeing her but I feel like i

like him "holding back" shouldn't mean his full power is somehow magically stronger than people of the near the same/comparable ,the exact same, or far more power than him. Hell WM alone has shown better feats against him by herself but all of sudden her and like 4 other powerhouses can't take superman at "full power"???
