In European cities it is common to find old areas paved with setts (similar to cobblestone). A popularly known reason of using it is because "it made it easier for people/horses to walk during rainy days". Nevertheless, I once heard there was a square somewhere that had been paved with setts to be prepared in case they needed to farm in the city (unlike blocks of concrete, they're easy to remove). I think it was after they experienced a period of famine.
I am sure I didn't dream this but I could not find anything online and it sounds too weird. If anyone knows anything, please let me know. Thanks!

I started playing this game around a month ago and I just bought Sett yesterday and I have been having a lot of fun with him, but while I was teamfighting, some of the enemies got CC'd and I could right click them and it showed the arrows just like Swain's passive, when I clicked the enemy Sett jumped at them, I'm wondering if this is an item or a secret passive he has or a rune, any help would be appreciated :)
I feel like no matter what champ I play in lane against him I lose.
Try to short trade and burst, he just presses W and wins the trade.
Try to bait out his W and go for a longer trade, he just out dmg’s and out sustains you.
How do I beat this guy in lane!
The game has literally infiltrated my dreams in the last three days of this two week climb. I started out playing max 6 games a day. After I hit 300 lp... a demon overtook me and made me play 20 games a day until I was done. It's not even like those dreams where I'm arbitrarily playing the game, I was literally half conscious (bc frontal lobes are active during gameplay and consciousness) playing the game in my mind and getting poor quality sleep because of it. That's done with now though.

I recently got sett and really want to play as him. However when I do draft pick I go top as my primary, jungle as secondary and get jungle like 95% of the time. I main jungle graves so it’s not an issue, but is sett viable as a jungle option so I can finally play as him?

The Public Health Ministry will propose to thoroughly delist cannabis from the opiates list, preparing for families to develop the plant lawfully.
In view of this General Health Minister Anutin Charnvirakul has shared that the service is making one more critical stride in decriminalizing the plant since a sub-board of trustees on opiate substances has modified the opiates list on which weed no longer shows up as a Category 5 opiate substance.
The draft rundown will be checked by the service’s opiate drugs control advisory group led by the general wellbeing extremely durable secretary. When endorsed, it will be sent to the Narcotics Control Board led by Deputy Prime Minister Wissanu Krea-ngam for additional endorsement.
