A list of puns related to "Santa Cruz de Tenerife"
Hi, I am going to Tenerife tomorrow and would like to check out the alternative scene and sites in the and around Santa Cruz de Tenerife. However, I was not really able to find anything that does not look like being part of mainstream tourism on the internet (I am not judging these here). What are the locations to go away from typical touristic stuff? I am generally interested in anything from urban art and graffiti to underground techno, punk, raves, hip hop, LGBTQ+ and so on. I am looking for locations that are not super overrun and charming including shops, vegan restaurants, bars, music stores, art galeries, and clubs. Or is there not much?
Likewise, are here any locals that could tell me what areas/districts you would show your foreign friends that reflect the character of Santa Cruz de Tenerife the best?
I will be grateful for any advise :)
Found a photo of a column of the Ferial de Tenerife Santa Cruz. This column looks so similar to those columns in parking in trailer!!
But, is there even an underground parking level?

Hi all,
I'm coming over to Tenerife to spend the winter there while working remotely. I and my girlfriend decided we want to stay in the north, but we're undecided which city we should stay in.
We sort of narrowed it down to Puerto de la Cruz and Santa Cruz, but we're not sure which one would be better to live there, as most information online is aimed at tourists.
I managed to find some general information like Santa Cruz is bigger, doesn't have a beach, and generally is more catered towards locals, but I'm looking for some extra information.
A big priority for us would be to be able to meet other people after work and go out and enjoy the city (cafes, bars, etc. if the restrictions allow it) or a bit of natureβbut that would be more of a weekend thing.
Thanks all!
Dear Reddit people,
This is my first post ever on Reddit, therefore apologies if I make any mistake.
I have a simple question for local and/or expats living in Santa Cruz de Tenerife:
Assuming that I want to move there, how much money should I put on my monthly budget? Do I need to buy a car/scooter too?
I am referring to basic things, ie 1-bed flat, utilities, internet, groceries, etc.. I do not smoke and also do not drink alcohol.
Are the other Canary Islands more or less expensive than Tenerife?
Thanks for any feedback :)
Hi, what is the best Sushi place in Santa Cruz de Tenerife?
