A list of puns related to "Rob Thomas (musician)"
My Questions:
You write songs for a huge number of other artists. How do you decide what to keep and what to sell?
What's the difference between a Rob Thomas album and a Matchbox 20 album? How's the solo tour going?
How much do you flesh songs out by yourself before going into recording? Like, are you in the studio trying out different tambourine rhythms...or do you pop out the song and let the band/producer do their thing?
You've been "rich and famous" for a long time now. How do you still write about real life experiences?
In the 1990s, older artists like Aerosmith and Bon Jovi re-emerged on the pop scene as a sort of "nostalgia" boom. Right now you've been on the scene about that long, but you never lost relevance or stopped making hits. That's rare. Toot your own horn, how do you still write such good pop songs when the world keeps changing so quickly?
Any new songwriters or bands we should be on the lookout for?
You've been a part of the musical landscape for so long, it was bound to happen that we'd start to see bands or artists that were heavily inspired by your work. I personally think the Jonas Brothers took a lot of cues from your catalogue. Have you heard anything lately that made you cock your head and say "damn, that sounds like me"?

I keep thinking of Henry singing, βOr else forget about itβ and I canβt for the life of me remember which episode it was. If anyone can help, it would be much appreciated!
Edit: It was episode 114: The Bridgewater Triangle. Shoutout to u/wasabicheesecake! Thanks for your help and thanks to everyone who responded!

In all the texts of RobPat's interviews I have read, I have not encountered him use the name "Bruce" for his character. He only refers to the character as Batman, if at all.
It might be because philosophically, Batman is the real person and Bruce Wayne is the disguise. But what if it is a surprise for the audience to discover that this is the alternate universe where Bruce dies that night in Crime Alley, and that makes Thomas angry enough to become a vigilante himself?
Continuing with the information/theory about the involvement of the Court of Owls and the Riddler's message "You're part of it too", I propose the following argument/theory: Thomas and Martha are part of the court of owls, believing that Gotham needs a superior entity to sustain its corruption and crime. They do not see the error of their ways until the court takes a horribly wrong decision which they do not agree with - a decision that infuriates/affects the Riddler too.
Thomas and Martha oppose it, and their son is killed as a punishment by the court to bring them in line. Thomas vows revenge, and decides to stay a part of the Court to destroy them from the inside, while becoming the batman to foil their plans from the outside.
If there has been any information contradicting it, I would love to hear it. But even Matt Reeves has only been seen talking about Batman and not Bruce Wayne.
Maybe we will see something in the DC Fandome 2021 where the full trailer is expected to release.
Been eyeballing an X95 SBR for a hot minute now, but this would be my first bullpup. Don't really want to commit to an NFA item if I may not love the system. Found out that the IWI academy courses provide firearms if you do not own/provide one yourself, and figured this would be perfect. Learn the system on its own merits and decide if I like the system enough to commit. Worst case scenario is I find out I don't like bullpups and still get quality firearm instruction that I can apply to other systems too.
Looking at the Tavor carbine 1 courses next year there are plenty of courses, but one opened near me with Ron Grobman that would be significantly less travel. I've been following Thomas Alibrando for a long time and he seems to be a top notch instructor and a great source for this class.
tl;dr does anyone have experience with both Thomas Alibrando and Ron Grobman? If not do you have experience with one or the other and how was it? Trying to decide if it would be worth it for me to travel a bit further to take it from Alibrando or not.
I'm looking for slow songs by bands that have mostly alt/rock songs. Thank you!
