I remember walking by it but never went in, and I do know it was owned by an artist who painted the chapel murals at Samford and his wife. Did they only sell his own artwork, or did they also sell works by other artists, frames, etc?
Not sure if anyone cares, but I just received this text from the Galleria Alert System.
"Effective tomorrow, March 16, Riverchase Galleria will operate between Noon and 7 PM Monday through Saturday. Hours will remain 12-6 on Sunday. We will continue to keep you updated on further developments of this rapidly evolving situation. The Management Team is available to answer any questions you may have."
As someone who works in the mall, please don't go to the mall unless you have to!
Edit: I personally don't care if we don't make a single cent, hopefully it would force the individual businesses (or even better, the mall itself) to close for a while.
He’s always in the Galleria usually with some sort of trucker cap on and all he seems to do is walk around. I’ve seen him there for years but have never spoke to him. He’s an older man with crazy awesome mutton chops and sideburns and he literally just makes his way around the mall all the time. Anyone know anything about this man?
