I will point out that my insurance agent has had many claims filed for our area of Hoover south to Pelham
He noted that the level of flooding in this incident was unparalleled
We are currently trying to get flooding insurance because I expect this to be a common enough occurrence going forward.
I met a person who just moved from Baton Rouge the other day and she moved to get away from the flooding and Wednesday Igor probably caused some PTSD
I’m reading this article that states that when Alabama office launched an investigation immediately. In 65 that a memo was sent to Hoover about possible suspects. In 68 the investigation ended with no indictments but would later be reopened. In1971 the investigation would be reopened and the authorities would find that the “FBI accumulated evidence against the bombers, under orders from Hoover they not disclosed the evidence to country prosecutors”

Looks like I wasn't the only one assuming that if a gym closed your membership would close with it.
Nope... In a "read-the-fine-print" move (which doesn't make it any less slimy), it appears that Crunch Hoover purchased your membership. And conveniently, they have your credit card, too! I was charged $17.99 last month for a gym I've never been.
If you were a member of Gold's in Alabama, I would suggest you call Crunch Fitness in Hoover (1.205.922.0020) and check to see if you are on their books. Because if you are, you'll get charged. "Sorry, No refunds...." I've been told after calling and cancelling my phantom account.
