I wish to thank you personally for your patience and am pleased to report that I have recieved approval from the heads of the Quadrilateral Security Dialogue to pursue terms, almost identical to what we previously discussed.

I provide them for you below.

The Fifteen Year Draw Down Period to Total Nuclear Disarmament

Offered Items:

1. A 15 year Draw Down Period: For the first 5 years of the agreement limit all nuclear warheads in any form to 10 and 20 ICBM. For the 5 years years after that reduction to 5 warheads and 10 ICBM. For the 5 years following that the removal of 1 warhead each year until 0 is achieved.
   1. We agree to this provision.
2. Allow the inspection of a joint inspection team from the UNSC and any other party the UNSC deems necessary.
3. Cease all nuclear testing outside of a one bi-yearly test.
   1. The UN notified 6 months ahead of any testing.
   2. This will remain in effect for the full 15 years of the Draw Down Period.
4. Release all foreign prisoners in North Korea, and South Korean Prisoners entirely.
5. All Red Cross entry to work camps, and any other UN humanitarian service providers to establish access where Red Cross deems them necessary.
6. Pardoning all North Korean deserters, and the release of their families, and allowing them to remain in their state of choice, be it South Korea, China, Japan or any other nation.
7. Give the People's Republic of China a Permissive Action Link (PAL) so that warheads cannot be use in offensive action.

Offered Concessions:

1. 15 Year Draw Down Period: The UN will drop 50% of sanctions against North Korea and advocate for member states to do the same in the first 5 years - 10% each year. In the next five years a reduction of 75% from the starting point. Then in the final 5 years total removal of all sanctions.
   1. This will not apply to any Human Rights based sanctions and exclusively those that apply to nuclear weaponry.
2. Foreign forces shall maintain a combat force not exceeding 25,000 for the entire duration of the 15 year Draw Down Period. In the final 5 years foreign combat forces will not exceed 15,000 and and a reduction

TOKYO, Japan—The Quadrilateral Security Dialogue was initiated under the leadership of Prime Minister Shinzo Abe comprising of Australia, India, Japan and United States - largest democracies in the Indo-Pacific region. In 2029, State Secretary John Kerry in his attempts to rebuild American relationships in the Indo-Pacific is attempting to revive the suspended forum.

The Indo-Pacific is the most economically dynamic region in world. South Asia and East Africa are the fastest growing regions, while the Indian Ocean now sees more trade than the entirety of the Atlantic Ocean. Naturally Indo-Pacific's economic share is the largest in world. It's now that the liberal democracies in the region must cooperate and build a regional architecture for emerging countries in the region.

The members of the dialogue shall commit to uphold the fundamental freedoms, democracy and respect the international law including but not limited to the UNCLOS and freedom of movement. Furthermore, the members of the dialogue decry assertive irredentist claims in the region, terrorism, use of non-state actors, proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, cyber warfare and foreign intervention in domestic affairs.

Several years ago, the Quadrilateral Security Dialogue was re-initiated by the Americans. As it's been a while since this Dialogue last re-convened, its members' leaders are all invited to the Australian city of Brisbane to hold another round of talks.

The first question we want to raise is about the Malabar Exercise, which was discussed in the last round of talks. Australia was included in this then, but as far as we know the exercise has not yet been held. Is it still going on?

Our second question is about the current state of the Indo-Pacific. We aren't aware of any current issues in the region, but if there are, we don't think there's a better place to discuss them then here. Are there any issues meriting discussion?

Here are all the examples I know:

1. Glamrock Freddy detecting blood from Gregory. This one sucks because if this line was kept in the game it would make the "Gregory is a robot" theory impossible. This is really annoying because of how plausible the theory is otherwise, and due to the fact that it is unclear whether this was changed purposefully for lore reasons or if it was changed in order to get a T rating. I honestly highly doubt this, since I'm fairly certain that a line mentioning a child having a cut and bleeding would be perfectly fine for a Teen rated game? Please tell me if I'm wrong.
2. Conversation between Afton family. This is where the staffbot Afton family eater egg has a conversation between the father and the mother explaining their breakup which sheds light on a really big mystery in the lore of how the Afton mother/wife became separated from the family. This makes me wonder about if the information in this conversation is cannot or accurate or not.
3. Vanessa's unused lines. These reveal a lot about Vanessa's dynamic and the fact that she isn't interchangeable with Vanny. I think it's been confirmed that Vanny and Vanessa are the same person at this point, but they're at the very least alter-egos of each other.

Honestly really think the devs should have made sure that all these things weren't left in the game. They mess with the lore a ton and makes theorizing and understanding the games keeper lore a whole lot harder. I don't think it's too late, I think that they could roll out an update deleting these things or adding them back depending on what they decide. Please let me know if there are any that I missed that matter at all.
