So there's a high chance of aliens existing. Some time ago, scientists detected some kind of light being emitted by Proxima Centauri B. There's a chance these are LED lights.
Maybe these aliens are not that advanced?

Has anyone here started on one? Considering that it's the best known exoplanet and probably going to be the first for us to figure eout if it's habitable would it not make sense for there to be a project or two?
Okay, so in a hypothetical situation, where we assume humans could travel at the speed of light or close to it.
Proxima Centauri is the closest star to our sun at an approximate distance of 4.2465 light years or 1.302 parsecs. This star has two known exoplanets Proxima Centauri B and C. Proxima Centauri B orbits the star inside the habitable zone at 0.05 AU.
So will humans attempt to travel to this planetary system first? What do all my fellow redditors think? Will it be habitable? Will it have water, oxygen, or life?

When the navy arrived, the once lustrous Proxima b is now dim and dark.
Is it possible for life to exist there? If so what kind of life do you think could form? Would it be simple or complex?
Here are my points(I will shorten Proxima Centauri b to PC b)
- Serpulo appears to orbit very close to its star, and is yet habitable by life, this suggests that the star of Serpulo is cold(like Proxima Centauri).
- also Serpulo's star is extreamly small, like Proxima Centauri.
- Serpulo is a rocky planet, like PC b
- Serpulo has liquid water. PC b is in the goldilocks zone of its star so PC b may also have liquid water

- The plants on serpulo are violet. suggesting that sunlight(?) is very dim(and red) in Serpulo. This Makes sense since Proxima Centauri is a red dwarf.
- V7 introduces asteroid mining. Proxima Centauri has an asteroid belt.
- Serpulo is a lonely planet. This makes sense in this theory because the Proxima Centauri system has only two planets. and the second planet(PC c) is still hypothesized
Against this:
- the temperature distibution of serpulo wouldn't make sense if PC b is tidally locked to Proxima Centuari. i.e if Serpulo was tidally locked then one half would be really cold and the other half would be really hot.
This means a lot to the lore
- The sharded and The crux may be humans. we already know they might be of the same species due to their similliar technology.
- The spores may have originated from here on earth.
i.e humans destroyed serpulo by accidentally(or intentionally) bringing invasive bacteriae.
