A list of puns related to "Polyester (film)"
I have a bunch of old family negatives (spanning 100+ years) that I am looking to preserve. Currently digitizing them with a Epson V600, and looking for the best way to store the physical negatives. So far, I'm thinking the Light Impressions archival fold-lock sleeves and archival box seem the absolute safest way.
My question is, is it better to go with their polyester or polypropylene sleeves? Polypropylene is more expensive, though I'm not sure why?

I have a gut feeling that Garware High Tech films (erstwhile : Garware Poly) is at the inflection point.

I believe one can also play it as a contrarian bet in the current market. The company is planning to align their topline along the lines of specialty films like ppf in the quarters to come. Majority of their business is from exports, with EV business still under infant stage across many economies like in Europe/India/Developing economies due to bureaucracy etc I believe the demand for PPF will only surge over time. I personally like the product. Therefore I am overly optimistic about it. They are also putting endeavours to explore new business verticals in premium segment like that of films for solar panels etc. I believe with the amount cash flows they are generating this could be a multibagger over few years to come. The valuations are not super stretched so far (trading at a PE of 14 ), main competitors are 3M and Xpel which cite a premium PE of over 70 odds.
In case you have the same gut feeling feel free to comment.
