Live music returns to Sam Bonds, Hip-Hop at Wildcraft, Oregon Country Fair -- Friday night is jammin!

The Eugene institution known as Sam Bond's Garage is finally hosting live music again! Mood Area 52 will bring their acoustic & Americana jams starting at 8pm. Delicious pizza also be available!

Live hip-hop is back at Wildcraft with a 16-Bar Rap Challenge, followed by a show featuring Abstract Rude, Sage Crow, and several other emcees. The Rap Challenge portion is from 7-9 and is free & all-ages.

There's also a great lineup of bands playing at Alluvium tonight as part of Oregon Country Fair!

Oregon Country Fair camping

Hey there! Some friends and I are looking to go to the OCF this year, but are late in finding camping. (I know, we should have started this earlier but, oh well.) We heard a rumor that you can stay on the fairgrounds if you have a ticket or work a booth. Is that accurate? If so, how does it work? If not, got any suggestions for campgrounds?

Need an honest opinion of Oregon Country Fair

I haven't bought tickets yet, but all my friends tell me I should go at least once because of all the dancing, music, and handmade crafts. I've also read some things about the endless crowds. I don't mind crowds and an organically grown good time, but my concern is going alone. Do most people go in as a group like with a lot of festivals, meaning does it feel awkward to go solo? Or is it pretty easy to meet people? Thanks a bunch!
