A list of puns related to "Orb weaver spider"
Found 3 of them all in the same small area on top of a small mountain I'd accidentally summited....no trail access, large island, seriously wonder if anyone had ever been up there.
Anyways, they each had a large volleyball style net between trees. The larger of the 3 would've easily stopped a pidgeon with his/her net. The other two were roughly 60% the size of the largest one, which had a full body length of roughly 6-7" head to tail, a square rectangular body, and legs which were exceptionally long. Longer up & down than side to side by a lot. Roughly 13-14"" full visible length top to bottom, and i dunno...7-8"side to side? Sat right in the middle of its web like some casual garden spider. Web was maybe 6-8 feet across, but only 2 or 3 feet tall... like a volleyball net, strung up between two small trees. 5' off the ground. Coastal Island jungle... moderately thick i guess, but not too bad up near the top.
That's it.... any guesses? I kinda want to go back and look for its descendants as it's been many years since i ran across them. I already tried once but only had a day to do so, and took the wrong path to find where I'd gone off the trail.
Thanks for any ideas
The project is essentially trying to emulate a closed terrarium, but it's a paludarium and I would periodically open it to prune and maintain. I am planning on using this 2-gallon glass jar I'm Linkon and copying this similar structure to this video I'm his bro! I am going to remove the spigot to insert a pipe for a waterfall, a cord for a waterfall mister, a chord for natural light L.E.D. to provide better light, the drainage back into the basin, anything else you guys feel is needed. I will be able to measure PH, adjust nutrients, etc, all in the basin. I haven't quite decided on plants and creatures. But springtails and other decayers will be used. I am totally willing to open the container to feed and maintain the creatures. I am open to any ideas, the more unique the better. I will try my best to answer questions. I will gladly post it here once it is finished. Thank you.
