Im trying to donwload the arcade michael jackson's game, but i only found the sega genesis game

I really don't know if this is an unpopular opinion but I truly think this is one the best genesis games ever made. Maybe I'm a bit biased because I grew up with the game and I know the stuff that other first time players struggle with (like opening the windows/lowering the stairs on world 1, opening the manholes in world 2, the secret room behind the waterfall in world 4).
I know the game isn't perfect, aside from the creepy premise of finding little girls and them replenishing your health, and stuff like the "super zombie" bosses that are a huge pain to deal with, plus the extremely weird final boss which can be easy or hard depending on which revision of the game you are playing, and specially Thriller not being in the game from the first revision onwards.
I just beat this game today which honestly takes less than an hour, and still had a blast from beginning to end, Michael's music playing in the background probably helps a lot too.

RetroAchievements just rolled out a set for Michael Jackson's Moonwalker, one of my all time greatest guilty pleasure arcade games. Only problem is, for reasons that are mysterious to me, the audio is incredibly laggy and terrible in FBNeo, one of the few games that works BETTER in MAME. I've tried setting Frameskip to Auto and Overclock to 200%; neither seem to make any difference. Anyone have any idea what's going on, and ideally how to fix it?
