Do I need to read The Sandman before starting John Constantine, Hellblazer Vol. 1 - Marks of Woe by Simon Spurrier?

I'm planning to buy Vol. 1 & 2 of Simon Spurrier's run of John Constantine but I'm not sure if I should read The Sandman first (I've only read the first 4 volumes of The Sandman).

Where oh where does one acquire Mark Sandman's "Sandbox" for a normal-ish price?

Please, I'm poor and it isn't on Spotify where I live. :(

I don't need the cover art and all that, I really just want the music. The only option I have found is buying it on discogs for 90+ euros or on US Amazon for 150+ euros.

Does the Sandman's "Mark for Death" upgrade replace the stun effect?

Okay, I was plating Ghost Town and decided to play with the Sandman.

However, I noticed that Robots no longer get stunned once they're hit with the ball, but I don't know if it's actually happening or if it's my mind tricking me.

Can someone tell me what happens please?

[IIL] Cocoon by Mark Sandman (Lead singer of Morphine) [WEWIL]

I already really enjoy Morphine and other offspring's of theirs like Vapors of Morphine, Twinemen, etc. I've had a look around but cant find much similar to this song. I love the slowness, deep voice, lyrics and the way it cruises.

Some other artist's that I already like in a similar way to this in certain aspects and which might give you an idea of a bit of my taste: Tom Waits, Nick Cave, Leonard Cohen, Joy Division, Portishead, Scott Walker, Mogwai, BB King, Arctic Monkeys, Yo La Tengo

TIL the Sandman's mark for death upgrade in MvM is applied to melee as well as the stunball.

I thought it could only be applied to the ball itself but after several tests melee does the same.
