New to Instant Pot cooking. Is there list of foods and their approximate cook time?

Vegan food with Instant pot
How many of you guys have an instant pot? Do you like it? Was it worth the money? To me it seems like it would be a really great way to cook beans and lentils since those are normally a hastle. I just buy canned beans right now because it's easier but they don't taste as good to me. I was hoping its a good way to make some easy and fast healthy vegan recipes. Just wondering what your guys experience is :)

Struggling today in rehab. I caught that amazing smell in the air of someone grilling food and it was an instant trigger. I would always grill with a beer in hand.
I know I am only a couple weeks sober but I hope I can continue to control my mood and the cravings. It’s crazy how just the smell of a grill can make me sad and miss certain aspects of drinking. I want to know it gets better and convince myself it will.

I literally have a word document with a never ending list of books, quotations, random thoughts, things to think about, things to explore further, ideas about anything imaginable, foods I likes and how to prepare them, and more (and I never ever read it).

We live in Beijing which is currently dealing with the Coronavirus so most people are staying at home and most shops are closed. The shop across from us was concerned that we would not have food so they sent us 2 grocery bags of instant noodles.

List of current food bank options in Memphis?
I am on the board of a non-profit here in town, and we have had several people show up lately asking for food/groceries. We don't actually have a food distribution program, so I was hoping to find a list of the active food bank programs here in Memphis.
With the help of Google, I was able to find a list of pre-Covid food distribution programs. However, I know that Covid has changed the hours and procedures at several of them.
Does anybody have an updated, covid-times list of food banks in Memphis? If all else fails, I may have to put together a list myself.
