Is my Day-to-Day injured Left Fielder still more prone to injury if I start him at DH?

My Left fielder is DtD injured with a tired arm for 1-2 weeks, but I don't want to bench/IL him because he's playing like an MVP candidate. I know players are more prone to serious injury when they are DtD though, but tired arm only affects throwing, so I was wondering if my player was still injury prone if I start him at DH?

Let the Center Fielder Get the Ball

One of the toughest things to watch on the diamond is when two outfielders run into each other trying to get a ball, as well as the opposite when both stop before it.

When such a case happens, the center fielder gets priority. They tend to be faster and have more room to cover anyway, so they're the guy to grab that fly ball.
