A list of puns related to "Kaliningrad Oblast"
As of 2021
So they have everything there (Industry, Population ect). How would this affect the war and the years following
I advocate for Kaliningrad oblast to become Chad πͺπΏ Hungarian ππΊβ₯οΈ territory so that the Magyar bros rightfully regain sea access ππ’. Sure, there's lots of expulsion to do (might not be the best idea) so what do you guys think about it?
I will visit Kaliningrad city, but what about the other towns in Kaliningrad oblast or forests or nature?
This is probably the first time I travel that far alone . I'm just starting to make plans but I would like to spend 3 days in Kaliningrad and the rest hanging around different places in the region . I already about the cathedral , rybnaya derevnya and the fortress at baltiysk but that's pretty much it heh . Could any local or someone who traveled there give me advice on how I should proceed , the places I should visit etc ? Thanks a lot :,-)
After WW2, parts of Germany were annexed into nearby countries, the region of Prussia for example was split between a Polish South and a Russian (at the time Soviet) North. I think the Northern part should have been made into a Jewish homeland instead of Israel and here are my reasons :
Now I do recognize some problems would have existed, many Zionists didn't want any land but specifically Palestine (which is something I disagree with but that's for another time) but in the large scheme of things, it would have been beneficial for everyone including Jews, Russians, Poles, Balts, Arabs and Germans. Keep in mind I am not discussing the possibility of that happening but rather the positive consequences it could have had.
I already had a court case before in February for overstaying my electronic visa and thankfully I only had a fine and a warning for next time. But I am now worried I might get a ban for 5 years, as I saw this happen with an illegal employee immigrant overstaying 3 months.
Now my situation is pretty complicated to start with, on March 6th I flew from the Netherlands through Poland and finally Kaliningrad, stayed here with my (now) wife who is a Russian citizen, for a week. Then I intended to fly back to Amsterdam, Netherlands where I am from but because of the pandemic when I flew from Kaliningrad to Poland, the plane was checked upon people who might be possible carriers of the virus, which resulted in me missing my next transfer flight to Amsterdam. So I was supposed to wait at the information desk, get a new ticket to Amsterdam the next day, but instead I flew to Minsk, Belarus. This was because I heard from one of the police officers in Poland that the airport will close down and the land borders as well, which meant my only option to go back to my wife again would be through Belarus.
Because of this pandemic I thought I wouldn't see my wife again for months, for which I decided to go back and stay in Minsk for a couple of days and fly back to Kaliningrad again with a new electronic visa.
When I arrived and I was going through the security checkpoint, I had my migration card with me , which was actually not necessary for Minsk, I threw it away since I thought I wouldn't need it. When the officer asked me where I would go next as my destination, I answered to Kaliningrad and made a short call to another colleague of hers and responded to me with "If you go to Kaliningrad and back to Minsk, you will have a problem with the local authorities, you must go back to Europe first and then to Kaliningrad" to which I replied, "What if I go through Poland from Kaliningrad?" She answered "In that case you won't"
Fast forward, I came here on March 17th again , from Belarus and since then I'm staying with my parents in law and wife. We thought we just needed to wait until the borders and airports would open again but we decided to give a call to the migration office and they told us that I'm staying here illegally TOO because I came from Belarus as a Dutch citizen and not from an European country.
My wife is 20 weeks pregnant almost, and we have both been through a lot of emotional breakdowns already during this pandemic, and both of us are stressing out tha
