A list of puns related to "Joe Millionaire"
I have been dying to talk about this with anyone who knows The Bachelor like I do all dayβ¦β¦.so I came to the most reliable place I know. Did anyone else watch Joe Millionaire last night? If so, what did you think? How do you think it compared to The Bachelor?
I know it was only the premiere and you canβt tell a lot about a show from one episode. It was not without hiccups or faults, however, I believe Joe Millionaire has real potential to steal The Bachelor viewership, if it gets proper exposure. People are tired of how predictable and overproduced the show has gotten. After watching Joe Millionaire last night, I realized how stale/stuck in the past TPTB is and what little effort they put into making the show interesting. Here are a few of my unsolicited thoughts on the Joe Millionaire premiere and how it compares to BN below (without giving any serious spoilers):
-I loved having two leads. I thought it allowed for more dynamic, entertaining conversations and more potential for real connections. I am really interested to see how it plays out as the season progresses.
-There are only 16 contestants. Itβs much easier to keep up with everyone and the connections. You actually get to know them and get invested in their story and relationship.
-During the first half of the show, we got to hear from each of the ladies and learn a little bit about each of them. They werenβt long intros that were staged and forced like BN. I felt production focused on showing their personalities and helping the viewers get to know them, instead.
-During the cocktail party, the leads talked to the contestants in groups where they asked the leads a bunch of questions about themselves. I liked this way more than only seeing one on one conversations all the time. The personalities of the women and the lead came out more is way and it felt more authentic.
-It was shot and edited more like modern reality tv shows, which felt more natural to watch. It felt like a mixture of a VH1 show, Bravo show, and The Bachelor. They showcased diary sessions a lot with most of the girls, showed lots of conversations among the contestants just hanging out, and created narratives for a large portion of the contestants.
-The way the date invites were presented added some excitement and engagement while still being simple. The women all chose a random box from a large pile to open. The contents of the box determined what date they go on. Having the selection be random and watching them open th

Carolyn Moore has beautiful skin and when I explored her skincare line I noticed a few things.
For one, she only sells 1 product... so it's not really a "Skincare line". It's moreso - she sells a single skincare item.Β Which is great for her, it's less stress and work! More power to her for being able to make a living for her and her child off being able to sell a single product.
When I did more research on her Afterglow skincare item, I noticed it doesn't seem popular at all. It only has a following of 7 on Twitter and Instagram likes range from 10-20. It is advertised as being sold at Urban Outfitters as well but when I went to their website the product was discontinued a while back.
I'm confused, someone please clarify how someone living in the state of Florida can support a ritzy lifestyle (as shown in her IG) and raising a child on selling 1 skincare item that no one has heard of and appears to have zero popularity.
In less than a year Carolyn has traveled to Albany, Turks and Caicos, London, Lake Como Italy, Tulum, and the Hamptons. Who is paying for this?

This article in Variety gave some interesting insight into how the producers of "Joe Millionaire" seemed to put a lot of thought and creativity into rebooting it, to modernize the format from when it was a big success (40 million viewers) 20 years ago. Why can't bachelor producers do at least some thinking to renovate or reboot Bachelor shows??
Excerpt: The new series "Joe Millionaire: For Richer or Poorer", which premieres in January, follows two men: One wealthy, one not so much. As they date 20 women β who know just one βJoeβ is a millionaire, but donβt known who β the goal is to find true love while also learning whether wealth vs. personality wins out. (Unlike in the original, thereβs no cash prize.)
βWe knew we couldnβt just bring back a remake of the original, that wouldnβt work,β Wade says. βObviously, the big surprise was gone. I also felt like that kind of surprise is very particular to a certain era. And that kind of era is probably gone in TV. So we had to find a way of reimagining the format by putting a twist on it, which was going to be fresh, and also really importantly, sustainable.β
Wade and his team came up with four or five different twists on the format. Thatβs and his team called SallyAnn Salsano (βJersey Shoreβ) to help flesh out the ideas they had come up with β and to choose the winning concept.
Salsano says when she was approached, βMy jaw dropped. I was such a fan. I could name the cast. If you think about it, it turned everything on its head. It was super honest, and it has those moments that you were like, βOh my God!ββ The new version, she promises, βhas equally βWTFβ moments. But I think itβs done in a way that is kind of like where the country is right now. Weβre not lying to anyone. They donβt know everything, and there are twists and turns along the way that even the audience wonβt know until they come up. But I would say not a big βgotcha.β And that was important to all of us, to not make it a big βgotcha.ββ
When the women first arrive, they believe theyβll be competing for the attention of one man. But soon they learn there are two Joes, and theyβre informed of the twist. (Yes, both have the title βCEO,β but only one is loaded.) βThey found out quickly that they had twice the chances of falling in love,β Salsano says. βAnd the reason why personally I love that is because normally itβs like, βHereβs this person β fall in love with them.β This means that the guys have to work hard as well. They had to put the eff
