I also bought a white FR4 plate, I really enjoy the FR4 Plate than the original brass plate.

Rhizobia

Rhizobia : Bacteria that symbiotically infect specifically legumes; or plants in the family Fabaceae, where they take nitrogen in the air and turn it into ammonia to fertilize the host plants.

TLDR: The Yeerks aren't just about conquest. They were treated like second class citizens on their own planet by uninvited imperial aliens. There's a big element that the war was about the Andalites trying to prove they actually are superior to the Yeerks and the Yeerks trying to prove they're not inferior.

We know the period of Seerow's Kindness lasted years, but are never given a definitive timeline for that. But it's mentioned that the Yeerk-Gedd symbiosis is not discovered until after Andalites have already come to the planet.

This raises the obvious - and unanswered - question of why did the Andalites go there in the first place? They describe the Yeerk/Gedd culture - if there was one - as primitive. But Ax describes 1990s Earth as primitive, so that's not really much of a metric. The Yeerks absorb Kandrona rays, and from the way the Yeerk planet is described, my personal thought is that the planet is radioactive and the Andalites showed up to harvest heavy metals. That their science officer(s) discovered the Yeerk-Gedd symbiosis was just a bonus.

We know the war itself started when a few hundred Gedd-Controllers ambushed a few Andalites (who had specific orders not to fire on the Gedd) and stole a handful of ships. They then took the largest ship to one of the larger pools on the planet and picked up an estimated quarter million unhosted Yeerks. The war starts with a barely-armed rabble of 400ish Gedd, half a dozen stolen ships, and a bunch of unhosted Yeerks. The fact that they go from stealing ships to not only reverse-engineering them but to building their own ships on the Hork-Bajir planet, that seems like a bit of a tech gap. Or maybe the Yeerks actually are just as smart (or smarter) than the Andalites.

But the way Alloran screams at Seerow in the beginning of HBC very much boils down to "What did you expect from slugs?" There was a level of racism (speciesism?) to Alloran's rant. They aren't us, therefore they are a lesser life form. Alloran was unabashedly candid in that he was personally disgusted by the Yeerks... and he had this attitude 1) before the Yeerk insurrection, meaning this attitude was not in any way justified. And 2) he had this attitude about Yeerks ON THEIR OWN PLANET.

We never find out what caused the insurrection, though, which is an important detail to be left open. Somehow, the Yeerk government - and Seerow mentions the Council of Thirteen, so however primitive the Yeerks were, they did have some form of

I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules.
