A list of puns related to "Circular Economy"
At work we are trying to find a solution to food container waste from take away restaurants. I work in a small town of about 3000 people in the UK. We are brainstorming how to cut out waste in the food system. We are approaching this from multiple angles, this angle focuses on plastics. I thought that collecting plastics to be recycled into reusable containers might work.
We have discussed the possibility of creating containers which are either collectively owned or have a deposit scheme on them. The idea would be that each business would rent the containers, the customer would then buy their food in the container and either drop the container off somewhere or they would be collected, cleaned and redistributed.
I think that this model could work on a few levels: it would mean that businesses wouldn't have to buy lots of take away containers, it would reduce waste, it would create local jobs.
What I would like to know is:
I would be very interested to receive any feedback or input about this idea.

What specifically drives public support for the repair economy? What are the motivations and barriers to repair? These questions and more will be answered through your participation in this survey which is focused around the repair economy and right to repair movement.
Further details:
The paper, which will be based on this survey, aims to prove/disprove the model developed in the paper:
"Repair motivation and barriers model: Investigating user perspectives related to product repair towards a circular economy" published by TerzioΔlu Nazli in the Journal of Cleaner Production in 2021.
In addition, this paper also attempts to further develop that model by gathering additional in depth data on each aspect of that model as well as use it to generate insights into the public support behind both the repair economy and the right to repair movement.
I would be honored if you would take ~12 minutes of your time and fill out this survey. Naturally I would also be grateful for any feedback on the survey if you have any.
Thank you very much in advance.

I've been looking around this subredit for awhile and have not seen any references to the Circular Economy Masters (Circle) program. I have another 2 programs that I am applying to and their websites contain at least 4x the amount of information that the CIRCLE program includes. I'm hoping there might be someone who has gone through the program or at least someone who attended one of the online sessions in December which I missed due to work & time zone differences.
With Brexit, University of Edinburgh is no longer included in the program which is a huge bummer, but I'm still greatly interested in the form and content provided by universities in Austria, the Netherlands, and Norway. Does anyone have any comments about the program? Career / academic mobility post-masters? Recommendations regarding any of the involved countries?
Or maybe just others applying this round? Hope there is at least someone who can attest to the value/quality of the program!
Circular Economy in Biorefinery A circular economy is an alternative to a traditional linear economy, and it aims for a green environment. Which reduces pollution and wastes generation .
Alright, so here's the deal, folks: I work in market research and I am working on a documentary about how more and more people are participating in what is referred to as the "circular economy." What is the circular economy? Basically, you are consistently engaging with companies that are making products that can be reduced, reused, or recycled. There is obviously more to it than that, but you probably get it.
In order to qualify, you need to go to the questionnaire link below. If you have good responses and are a good fit then you get $100 for doing a Zoom video call. Then, if we want to use you, you will get an additional $750 for a day of shooting with a camera operator. The shoot takes a full day, so that is why you get the big chunk. And yes, it is paid on the day of the shoot. You must live in Chicagoland.
Feel free to ask any questions or shoot me a chat message, and feel free to share with anyone you know that may be a good fit.
