I've read that silicone is used in the production of solar panels, but I'm not really sure what parts are made of silicone. To be clear, I am talking about linear polysiloxane -(SR2-O)-

Förderung soll man ja nur für die Paneele bekommen. 250EUR /pro kwp für die ersten 1-10kwp und darüber nur noch 200 oder? Und bald auch für Batterien? Da soll sich auch beim Chinesischen Hersteller Catl noch viel tun. Hat damit schon jemand Erfahrungen oder lohnt es sich wirklich noch zu warten?
Da soll es ja moderne geben die auch mit geringem Licht auch bei Nebel etwas anfangen können.

A floating photovoltaic literally it is the same as conventional PV panels technology but its floating on the water surface.
I have some questions to ask you guys, what is your energy supply in an off-grid cabin? I know that many people will use generators or install photovoltaic systems (including energy storage batteries)... I know that generators may consume huge fuel costs, and photovoltaic energy storage systems will have huge upfront costs. But to live normally in an off-grid hut, it seems impossible to leave the electricity. Between the two, which way do you prefer to obtain electricity? Or is there a better way? Any opinions are appreciated.
I am considering investing in a grid-connected solar park project in Greece with the following business plan:
- Power output: 500 KWH
- €/KWH: 0.063
- Total cost: ~365000€, 80% loan and 20% equity
- Loan Interest rate/duration: 3.3% / 12 years
- Project duration: 20 years
- Calculated IRR: 6.2%, after ALL costs, including possible unexpected costs (e.g. unexpected damages)
One of the things that trouble me in that this plan includes a 20% increase of the total cost (due to increases in prices worldwide) that reduced substantially the projected IRR from the initial offer. With this plan, I will be getting my money back after 14 years.
Is 6.2% a good IRR for such a project?
Any other thoughts/considerations?
